MoroccoMy main grievance is than when booking I actually booked at the sister hotel Avani Maseru, and was at no point informed it was closed to guests. I was automatically transfered to Maseru Lesotho instead which is nice but not walkable distance from the place I went for work and business. This caused considerable expenses for cab services everyday to and from town, as the hotel is perched atop a hill making walking there very difficult, on top of being far. It seemed not the first time this happened to costumers, although the hotel or staff never mention it when you book Avani Maseru, which is quite dishonest on their part.
It's a beautiful hotel with good amenities, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean, boasting a beautiful view of Maseru.

United KingdomBefore arrival we were moved to this hotel from another hotel in the group - not good. Then had to work hard to ensure the booked room rate was honoured! Difficult to get a reliable taxi/transport. You need to take charge of if it yourself. Air conditioner is noisy to very noisy.
Good size room overlooking garden and pool.enough variety for breakfast. Food sizes are large.

AustraliaI made some changes to my booking on Bookin. Com but the hotel did not accept them and we had to pay the full price even though only one person was staying in the room for much of the time.
Our first room was adjacent to a lift shaft where noisey repairs were being undertaken, We were moved to another room where the A/C did nor work. We were offered another room but the corridor smelt of smoke. Finally the Manager upgraded us to a nice room

South Africa8 year old child was given a hand towel to use, until we requested a proper bath towel. Bathroom did not have a bath mat the first day so had to step out of the shower onto the tiles. Tv remote batteries were not replaced so could not be used.
Location close to Maseru bridge border to South Africa. Next to Portuguese restaurant. Comfortable beds. Clean spacious room. WiFi. Pool section for toddlers/ small children. Friendly staff. Receptionist was very helpful in advising on sites to see.

GeorgiaUnfortunately, I had several problems. Water drainage in the shower and the sink was literally non-existent. I had to turn off water to let it drain to continue using shower/sink. There were ants in the room, and most unfortunate that it was in bed. Balcony door is not shutting properly and the wind sound was coming through the door shell as well as the heater/cooler equipment wall-hole. It was impossible to get any food at Breakfast after 9am; the tables were full with dirty dishes and I could hardly find a place to sit.
The room was spacious and bathroom facilities were fine.

South AfricaThe food and drinks prices are highly abnormal. Please price your lunch, dinner and alcoholic beverages reasonably please. I took the liberty of visiting your casino and was charged R50 a can of beer. This is ridiculous!! The more you price reasonably, the more you will attract more patrons. Your lunch and dinner is also unreasonably priced hence people will prefer to go eat outside. You are losing business to other business entities that are playing in your weakness. Trust that these comments will be taken into consideration and viewed as constructive criticism with a view of helping you to improve your service.
I really loved the cleanliness of your facilities. The rooms were kept clean at all times. Well done to your ladies that kept our rooms clean. The breakfast was out of this world. Great breakfast variety. The ladies preparing the food were very friendly and the food that was prepared especially fried eggs, wow!! My wife and I really enjoyed your breakfast. The breakfast area was also well decorated and clean, everyone serving breakfast was excellent and all I saw was team work and this is highly appreciated. I will definately come back again for the third visit. Keep up the good work everyone!!!
