Cozy Hotel, which has private car park.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. Our family of six (four children) had previously asked the receptionist, a lady named Enrika, to reserve a table for us in the corridor where we had already had breakfast before. Since we are a large family, this was important for us, and we were promised that in the morning we would be able to have breakfast there. We had plans to leave early, so everything was arranged in advance. Unfortunately, when we came down for breakfast, there were no available seats, and the promised table was already taken. I approached her to ask where we could sit, but she was busy talking with her colleague about other matters. That artificial smile did not help us. We expected that the receptionist would at least try to assist us, but this did not happen. As a result, we had to wait in the corridor for quite a long time, and only after about 35 minutes the table in the corridor finally became available. By then, our mood was already spoiled, but at least we were able to have breakfast. In addition, before our arrival I had specifically asked via Booking to prepare an invoice for the company that paid for our stay. Unfortunately, upon check-out no such invoice was provided to me. This situation left a very unpleasant impression, especially on the last day of our stay in Kaunas. We sincerely hope that the hotel will take such cases into consideration and provide more attentive service and proper customer care in the future.

Clean room, comfortable bed, easily accessible shower. Hotel was peaceful, no noise. Free parking place very close to hotel. Very good for staying one night during road trip.

When you go to shower, whole bathroom floor gets wet.Luckily it is drying pretty fast.

Friendly receptionist and free parking.

The shower didn’t work properly (came almost no water out and it was either extremely hot or ice cold). The bed wasn’t that comfortable and in the morning you risk waking up too early because of the sun that shines through the curtains.

Smooth check-in. Free parking. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Proper AC (The AC works only if the window is closed…nice one). Good WiFi. Nice breakfast. Pizza express is on 5 min walk.

Nothing negative that we came across in 1 night stay. May be they can keep a small freeze.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and practical, not very large, but just right. I appreciated having a kettle and a tea set for a cozy touch. The staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel’s location was excellent, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning

Everything was okay. I have two suggestions: First, a small fridge in the room would be very useful. Second, it's a shame there was no wardrobe. However, I understand that a shelf with clothes hangers was likely provided to save space in the small room.

Staff answered all questions I'd had about property promptly
