In one of the rooms the air con didn't reach the room because the room was quite large and there was a slanted ceiling that was blocking the air-conditioning. The other room, the aircon was making a very loud noise and it stopped working properly on the last day we were there. Pillows were rather uncomfortable.

Rooms were of good size and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Bathrooms were good and well equipped.

Without a manned desk, entering can be problematic. I had no trouble myself, but I met a guest who had not received the entrance code. The room lacked a desk and a chair, which is awkward for someone travelling for work

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the historical centre of Vilnius. The room looked good and had a nice view of the inner courtyard and housekeeping did an excellent job. Wifi functioned without any problems, and the room had airconditioning.

Staff mixed the rooms and we needed to ask for key to get in the room as it was locked. When we came inside the room was not prepared and not cleaned after others. So we waited second time for another clean room. Also the building entrance from the parking side is locked and you need to take your bags all arount the building to get inside.

The bathroom facilities were adequate and clean but dated. The shower didn't have a curtain or screen meaning the floor got very wet during showering. There were no staff on site so it is more like a serviced apartment. Not all the lights worked in my room.

The location in the Old Town was an excellent base to explore from and was very close to the major attractions. My room had a little balcony which was lovely to sit on in the mornings. The room was spacious with plenty of room to relax and the bed was comfortable.

I'm just missing at least 1 person in the building as a staff member in the daytime. As of now, we never meet any staff member. That was a bit strange, but otherwise clean and nice place.

The room is very basic, without TV (despite the add said it had it) or mini-fridge, and the bed is quiet soft.

Location: very close to the main points of the old town and good restaurants! Clean: The room was very well cleaned.

Poor soundproofing - noise from the street and the speech of the guests in the neighboring room could be heard. Also it was strange that the heating in the room was turned off or reduced to the absolute minimum at night and I woke up early in the morning feeling cold. The radiators had regulators, but it didn't work.

Good location - very close to Old town. Spacious room with a bit outdated interior, but still clean enough. Comfortable and easy self check in procedure.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. We couldn't remove the smell when using the toilet or the steam after taking showers.

I liked the location and the hotel architecture, it has this classic vibe and a good view from our room. The cleaning ladies were very nice and they kept our room clean at all times.

I would have like someone being there in the front desk at least a couple hours a day (maybe 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) for asking questions or even as a point of contact in case of any issues. You are provided with a phone number to contact but it’s still not the same.

Great location, right next to most attractions and close to most tour meeting points. The room was perfectly clean and was mostly comfortable aside from being on the upper floor (inclined cealing is a tiny bit uncomfortable). Remember to check your email for the self check in instructions which was pretty simple.

The smell of staleness in the room is terrible. Please take action to make some improvements about this, all my clothes were drenched.

Confy mattress and spacious room. I arrived very early, and they relocated me to a new room in order to allow me to check in, an action that was very much appreciated.
