Dirty - I vomited because of the smell of the old vintage furnitures. Dirty water to drink from and no water to shower or wash your hands in the night. Me and my man we slept like soldiers. Not moving at all and not covering ourselves. We did not dare to remove our clothes nor bring our stuff. The only good thing is that is in the city center and you have a place to go.. never going back again

Room was very small. No breakfast for a 150 eur paid per night. Ridiculous price.

TRAGEDY!!

LONG READ! Where should I start…? Matress- you can feel the mattress’ springs outside. The room was not clean, I had to show the staff lady hairs on the floor and she only then vacuumed the room. The interesting part: the hotel says it has Parking. But it does not. The owner asked us the license plate number in a case “to reserve a parking space for us”. But when we came to the hotel and there were no place to park at, we were offered by the owner and I quate “what? What? What do you want? Park anywhere you want”. The thing is: THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ITS PARKING!!! We were told this by the people in city’s council, which we had to call after we got a fine for parking. The owner reacts to every complain as “do what you want, I do not care”. The owner promised to take care about the parking fine, but he does not replies to emails or phone calls. The towels are not changed. The shower floor is covered with some rug which is nasty and slippery. The hair dryier- IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ANY LONGER HAIR THAN A BOLD MAN! Only one power socket worked. No air conditioning. This hotel should be closed down.

Great location, parking for a car.

There is no breakfast option, although it says there is. The hotel is old - in need of renovation. The pictures of the room and bathroom were not the same when ordering - the pictures are much nicer than in reality :)

Hotel is in the great location and the view to the harbour. Local staff are pleasant and helpful.

Noise once the windows are open; Would be nice to have a/c units; TV channels are lagging; Beds are too soft (at least for me).

Very convenient location right near Klaipeda castle, many restaurants, shop, river, ferry to Smiltynė (many cool beaches, sea museum, dolphinarium). It was clean, had TV, fridge, soap in the bathroom, all I really needed. Free parking near the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Some electrical sockets are not secure and unsafe, they didn't change towels (even if you leave it on the floor), nowhere to dry your clothes. Hope they fix a few things and the hotel will do so much better
