In the first room, there was terrible noise outside the window, which would make it impossible for sensitive people to sleep. The rooms were also not properly clean , cobwebs near the beds and even a spider above, which is unacceptable for this price and level of quality. The hotel itself clearly needs renovation and investment, or at least a thorough deep cleaning, since in the bathrooms many things were broken and worn out. Another unpleasant situation was that while we were standing outside the hotel, we could hear the staff openly discussing their director. This is completely inappropriate in the presence of guests. Perhaps they assumed we did not understand Lithuanian, which is why they felt free to talk this way, but still , you are at work, and such behavior leaves a very bad impression.

A very pleasant girl from the staff, friendly and even tried to communicate with us using a translator. She was also very accommodating and changed the room at our request. There was also a nice girl from Ukraine who, upon hearing me speak Ukrainian, came over to ask if everything was tasty ,she left a very good impression. The bed itself was comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were clean. The breakfasts were not to my taste, a bit too modest and limited.

Lousy internet. Don’t take room 209. It was OK in the public areas but in the room was the worst hotel connection we’ve had in years. And that was onky after the very helpful receptionist had turned the system off an on for us

The location is in a quiet area, about a 25-minute walk from the city center, with convenient access to public transport. The rooms are compact but comfortable. Check-in is easy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice with a lot of options

The room was very small and inadequate for the price we paid. The fridge didn't work so our food went off. The bath/shower was not stable and the shower head always collapsed making it difficult to have a shower. There were not block out blinds so we were awoken early every morning. Needs to be refurbished.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was quiet with reasonable access to town by car.

The sink in the bathroom wasn’t very convenient, and there weren’t enough power outlets by the bed. At night, the door rattled from the draft.

It’s a decent place for a budget trip or a short stopover. It matches its price - both in appearance and what it offers - and delivers exactly what you’d expect from a low-cost option. So it wouldn’t make sense to judge it by the standards of a more expensive place. For an overnight stay, the room was fine, even if it’s clearly a bit outdated. The breakfast isn’t as extensive or fancy as in bigger hotels, but you’ll definitely find something to keep you from leaving hungry. The receptionist was kind and polite, the bed was comfortable.

The location of the hotel, though very specific, suited me very much. It is also a very quiet neighborhood, which is nice. I do like the breakfast at this hotel - good variety, pancakes (yay!), fresh fruit and vegetables. An finally, it wasn't my first stay in this hotel, I chose to come back and it was exactly what I needed.
