Really cosy hotel in old city area but not in most rumorous place. I've liked the room very much, good style and very big and comfortable bed. Really good breakfast in beautiful breakfast area. I suggest booking parking place in advance, there are few of them, parking at the street is not easy but possible also paying by application

Late check in and it takes awhile to check in. You have to pay a deposit when you come and when leaving not to forget to take it back depending on if you paid it by cash or card.

A comfortable bed and pillows you can choose from two types, heated bathroom floors, variety of toiletries. They have slippers and bathrobes. Delicious breakfast, could have a bit more variety but otherwise really good. Coffee was okay, not the best if you prefer a strong one.

A bit noisy ac in the room... we switched it of and opened windows but then some noises were coming from outside... ot sounded like some general ac generators as well...

Definitely the personnel... absolutely great, helpful and friendly from the beginning to the very end!!!

The staff were really nice and helpful, the atmosphere in the receptions are is very calm, with areas to sit and and activity station for children. The room was clean, spacious comfortable and air conditioned. The location was very handy to the old town and to the train station. There is a small gym room, though I didn't use it.

However, I was quite disappointed to find no body wash or shampoo in the room. I simply wanted to take a shower before going to bed, but no basic toiletries were provided. A €50 deposit was charged at check-in (as stated during booking), so I expected at least the essentials to be available. On one hand, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, but on the other, such oversights really affect the overall experience.

I stayed for one night. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was kind and welcoming.

Only small improvement we can think of is the following; we chose a room without the hotel breakfast automatically included. We did, however, one day attend the breakfast for an extra fee. The breakfast itself was quite a regular breakfast, absolutely nothing wrong with that, but for the price we paid we would've expected a little bit more to be honest.

Parking was limited and difficult. As the Conti lot was filled, we were forced to use street parking. We managed but it would have helpful if the Conti staff had instructions about how to proceed, street parking regulations, payment methods using several of the available apps, etc. The Vilnius city parking app is rated 1.3, and it's difficult.

Great location, super welcoming staff, comfortable room with heated floor in the bathroom. Also we (me and two children) had lunch at hotel's restaurant, which was just great: very delicious (even for the kids) and the price was very reasonable.
