We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LithuaniaOne small suggestion I would like to share is regarding the pillows: while the large, firm pillows provided are of high quality, they might not be suitable for everyone, as overly firm pillows can sometimes be uncomfortable for proper neck support. It would be wonderful if an alternative – such as a softer or thinner pillow – could be available upon request to accommodate different guest preferences
Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The service exceeded all expectations – the reception staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room itself was cozy and beautifully maintained, and we were lucky to have one with a terrace. If you can, request room 44 – it offers a lovely view of the charming street below, and despite being so central, we hardly noticed any noise. We were traveling by motorcycle, and the hotel kindly offered us a perfectly secure parking spot, which gave us great peace of mind during our stay. Overall, this hotel provided everything we could have hoped for, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was quite spacy, and included a mini-fridge and sofa. Plus, it is just outside the city center, so you can access the shopping street without being bothered by the city noise at night.

We had an apartment with a living room and a small bed room, large enough for two adults and one teenager. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was quite good. Car parking was behind the hotel and cost 5 eur/day. Nice little hotel, I could visit there again.

The reception was unsure of the exact internet code. After a few trial-and-error attempts—and climbing up and down the three-story staircase multiple times—we eventually figured it out. There is no lift, which makes handling luggage more difficult.
