How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was all very good.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Large comfortable room with very good bed. Good choice at breakfast. Located in old town. Interesting photos on the wall.

View out the window wasnt so good and the staff talked very poor in english.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. As soon as something was placed on the buffet, it was gone within seconds, leaving many guests waiting and frustrated.

Refrigerator broke and I check with reception, the answer : we know , it has been broke awhile , I cannot give fruit or any food there , it make even worse . The safe lock not work and reception can not help , we have to place all the valuables things in the luggage and keep it lock. Breakfast doesn’t have vegetable, if you are vegetarian, it will be the trouble for you .

There seemed to be stinginess attitude in running the hotel: we had to purpously ask another room key, the breakfast was very frugal with only few slices of cheese, four boiled eggs, coffee automat frequently empty etc.
Location was good. Room was really big and clean. Bathtube was nice extra.

We had no negatives.
I’ve traveled Europe a lot. 22 countries and weeks in many. Euterpe is among the best. Friendly and very helpful. It was. Easy to reach all our tourist destinations.

The music throughout the cafe and garden was awful. It all seemed to be techno with a hard beat, far from relaxing. It was distracting and subtracted from the overall experience. I suggest some classical, mellow music to fit with the atmosphere of this nice hotel.
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I had a late check-in at the hotel and was greeted warmly. However, I was disappointed to learn that breakfast would only be served starting at 8:00 AM, while I needed to leave by then. The room size and cleanliness were satisfactory. However, the heating in the room was weak, and I felt cold during the night. There was no extra blanket in the closet. The hotel seemed almost empty, as there were only two cars in the parking lot, yet the hotel still charged 10 € for parking my car. In the morning, I requested to extend my check-out time to 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. I was told this wasn’t possible for free. They asked for an additional 10 € per hour for staying longer. This attitude towards guests felt unfriendly, with a charge of 10 € for every little thing.

Extra charge for our tiny puggy was 20€ That dog is harmless!!! :-)
Location: very close to Klaipėda castle, the old town and Svyturys brewery :-) The room: Fantastic! We were booking a room with extra bed for our kid so they've upgraded our room to huge Suite!!! Parking: inner yard of the hotel, no extra charge Breakfast: Fantastic.

The room was very small, and the walls were very thin. You could hear people walking in the hall very clearly. When you book a room, check if you selected whether you need a double bed or a twin room. If not, contact the hotel regarding your choice.

You can feel that hotel is older one: things, smell. If you go when hotel is full then most likely no parking spot nor baby cottage by the hotel.
Personell is really helpful and sweet. Administrator smile will make everybody day much better. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a bath.

Our room only had see-through curtains/blinds, and facing west -not an issue for most I suppose, but it was tricky to convince our infant to sleep in full daylight!
