I checked in with my spouse and was given a eoim with two single beds. You can imagine how uncomfortable the sleep was.

We didn't visit the swimming pool and spa as they were next to a gym area in the basement of the adjoining building (which also seemed to house a "Gentlemen's Club") and looked small and crowded.

The rooms were very large, with a sofa area, huge window with a great view. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel provides free use of electric scooters and bikes and we enjoyed using the scooters. However, the bikes we borrowed, although we rode them for a day, had things wrong with them (a buckled wheel, defective brakes, loose saddle) and clearly hadn't been serviced for a long time (we mentioned this to the staff so hopefully this will be sorted out).

The service in the restaurant was OK The problem is with the food quality the Pikaperch was dry and without any flavor. The meat was Ok ( i order rare and was rare) but the sides ( aspargus, artichauts and...) are raw. regards

All the furniture is quite shabby, there are a lot of stains on the floor carpet. Bath robes have holes in them. Not very cleaned and a lot of dust was visible.

Modern skyscrapers building in the city centre. Good breakfast. It has a multi-level parking. The room has an amazing view of the city as it has very large windows.

The pool wasnt so clean. Looks like disco with those lights. Too many striptise club around and in the hotel.

I stayed in a premium suit i guess. Two double size bad was there. Trainee receptionist was not so helpful. We got the hotel around 16.30 and she said one of the room was not ready yet and she forgot the get 1 euro and asking me to pay!!! I said give us the rooms. No customer satisfaction mentality at all. Running after 1 euro without providing customer pleasure. The pool was too dark and too much clor in the pool.

Our room has three steps directly behind the entrance door, a level area and then 3 steps down. This might be 'styling' or a necessity for services, but in any event not ideal within the confines of a hotel room.

Well-run central hotel, ideal for sightseeing locally. Friendly and helpful staff. The roof bar is a great place to sit and relax on summer evenings.

I've been travelling a lot all around world and must say - definitely this is not 4 star hotel. First of all you are into orientation game during your stay, maybe somebody like that, but not our family. Strange elevators, never ever seen similar ones.

Fresh orange juice...and nostalgic memories of Soviet Union times. Location and breakfast was on level as expected.

The bathroom had no towel dryer, so after swimming we had nowhere to dry our towels and swimsuits. In general, the bathroom was very small for a family. The rooms were spacious, but we would have appreciated more storage solutions — as a family of four, we missed having enough space to put our things from the luggage.

We loved the breakfast – it was delicious and with a good variety. The staff was kind and responsive, and the location was convenient. Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pool – it was a real highlight for them!

For the price range room feels outdated, the bathroom had no towel dryer so after the swimming you have no place to dry your towels and swimsuit, bathroom was spacious but has little space to put you basic stuff on. Swimming pool was bad. Overall I would say not good value for money.

The staff in the pool area was rude 2 days in the row, closing early, not helpful or didnt speak english well. Mini bar was full with drinks so I didnt know were to put them since I had my own drinks and foods for baby. Room looked messy since I needed to put all the drinks on table. Needed to look after my baby all the time so he didnt took one of the bottles. Maybe next time if the staff sees that family with baby is coming ask whether we need a mini bar.

The room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was great and wide, especially I liked fresh orange juice, also I would like to see scrabled eggs not just omlet. I loved wide varity of salads, nice and fresh.

Very tricky parking for larger vehicles, the room was very stuffy when we came and it took 3-4h of open windows to remove the smell.

divider between room and bathroom is see-through glass thing. It has a picture on it, so not like regular window, but it is still see-through. Like some cheap Asian love hotel. Totally unacceptable at this price level. Enough reason for me to not go back.

Got a room with sea view, it was worth it. Everything was clean and looked good, exactly as in the photos. The seating area was comfortable.

My only complaint was the noise between rooms and floors. I could hear quite a lot from the people walking above or talking nearby.

The room, the view, the bed, the shower. All first-class. Loved the restaurant on the 20th floor too. The service was great. The East Island spa attached to the hotel was one of the best I've ever seen (amazing massage too). I also enjoyed the free electric scooter.
