kids running on wooden staircases from 6 pm until midnight kept us from resting for two days. Wasn't KUBU's fault, but we go on holidays to rest from noise.

It was our second visit. Everything is ok, unless you have noisy neighbors like us.

The room was very comfortable, though it felt a bit dark without the light on, even on a sunny day. Overall, everything else was very good.

Several stairs that we had to surpass with a stroller at least once a day. Slightly noisy with other visitors in the hallway after midnight (understandable on Klaipeda birthday).

Got a spacious room on the 1st floor, got a baby cot with linen, well equipped kitchen with a fridge, staff advised and helped whenever approached. Near a bus stop, walking distance from railway station.

Be careful of the floor. The herring bone parquet floor was lifting in areas which made it difficult to walk safely on. Easy to trip. Floors also were not level.

Unfortunately, sleeping on the coaches in the living rooms was very unconformable. .

The location is great. The place is cozy and authentic.

- self check-in - great quiet location within walking distance to everything important - the accommodation is really stylish and has a great atmosphere - the room was spacious, with comfortable beds, flat TV, good wi-fi, fridge - free parking right next to the building (only few spaces, so it might be full during high season)

Such a lovely place. Close to the train station and the city centre. The host is very nice and helpful. The bed is really comfortable and the room is spatious. Bathroom big and clean. WiFi was in good order. I loved my stay here and would stay here again if I came back to Klaipeda.

Expected same room as last time and got two if not times smaller room - so bit disappointing. Apart from that - super cool.

The building is quite old so the smell in the hall was weird, a bit unpleasant, but it wasn't that much problem if I'm raniking the place for 10.

Our visit was very pleasant. The place is comfortable and atmospheric. The rooms are well equipped, everything was clean and fresh. We also used the sauna which was great for a few hours of relaxation. Communication was easy before and during our stay. Every day we could contact someone from the staff to ask about the place and the city. I recommend KUBU and we will definitely come back.

Some type of air freshener in the bathroom would be great! There was a pack of tea which I've tried and it was delicious, but if there had been coffee of any form as an option, I would have been able to stay in bed a little longer :)

The location is perfect, and so is the self check-in. Communication was very friendly, and all self check-in instructions were very clear. The place is beautiful, with lovely decor, a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and all one could need for a short or longer stay. I will certainly be back!

Room temperature could have been a bit higher (it was autumn), but that probably depends on the whole house heating. Also, bathroom had a heated floor, so it was ok I guess.

Perfect for short stays on business trip. Very convenient location, but further from the main street, so it was really quiet. The room was spacious, with high ceilings - the house is of the old build. Everything was neat and tidy. The room had a refrigerator, so that's a plus also.

The only thing that might've made my stay there better would be a mosquito net.

The accomodation had everything I needed and it was really clean. The train station also isn't too far away and the location is pretty good.
