Absence of a safe and a mini-fridge might be important to some people. Tap water is chlorinated in this location (so kudos to the hotel for those two bottles of water provided). Lift seemed to be on the slower side so I simply used stairs instead of waiting.

Great location close to city center and train/bus stations (about 1 km away). Spacious and clean room with toilet/shower/hair dryer/TV/Wi-Fi/AC/kettle/two bottles of water. Very good breakfast, albeit starting a bit late at 8 AM. Friendly staff.

TV had slight issues loading Youtube, but probably it's related to unstable WI-FI signal.

Everything was great to stay for a short time, even the breakfast. The location is great, in a few minutes walk from the main street and not too far from the shore.

Breakfasf and cleanliness. When we came for breakfast - there were only leftovers, empty trays elsewhere. Although only a few couples around were having breakfast. We sat waiting for maybe 15-20 minutes for them to refill. They refilled it, but it wasn't enough.

The bed had two matresses, one of them was making crumbling noise at every move one does.

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, hotel from the outside and the inside looks great, the breakfast was delicious and the cafeteria itself looks cozy and fancy at the same time.

The elevator is a sauna on a sunny day. Few electrical plugs in the room.

Room was outdated for the price, dirty windows, there was no mini bar/fridge, we also paid 10€/day for hotel parking, but the gate was malfunctioning many times, we didn’t feel free to leave at evening, in case there is a problem with the gate again as reception is closed after 8pm. On our patio there was a loud noise from fans on top of the hotel, which we could hear even with windows closed at night, a bit disturbing. A/C was not working.

- somewhat noisy in room facing the main street. - internet was rather unstable. - opening the gate to parking was a bit of a hassle.

Bad placement of sockets by the bed, little place for toiletries in the bathroom, no mini fridge. Also - an extra pillow never hurts :)

It was clean and tidy, close to the city center (15mins walkf to the ferry to Kosa). The hotel was calm, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was superb. I parked the car in front of the hotel, so I am not sure how it worked with the garage.

The larger room with a “city” view, which costs more was facing the street and really noisy. The air conditioning was not working for our two night stay and the management did not let us know until after we asked why it wasn’t working and did not offer any compensation. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

After we were moved to the side of the building away from the street it was quiet. The staff were helpful in relocating us to the quieter room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was just perfect — the location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
