It’s sad that you rated the view through the window 7.5 points -all our guests want rooms in this part of the building, precisely because of the view through the windows. We updated the beds in all double superior rooms, it's a pity that they are also rated 7.5 points, as personal and cleanliness and even the exceptional location of the hotel We are 24/7 for our guest’s and if you have some problems we are always ready to help ours guests. Our hotel is located in the heart of city,(by the river and the lagoon, two minutes walk from Old Town). However, this location affects the parking fee. The car parking belongs to the city, so we cannot take responsibility for the extra parking charges. We always try to inform our guests about parking possibilities in advance.
