The fact that a small hotel would have a quality restaurant on its premises. The food was excellent!

Check-in and check-out were very fast and uncomplicated. The room matched the description. The furniture was simple but decent. The room had a large refrigerator which included several drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and chips (drinks and chips had to be purchased extra at a reasonable price). The staff was present at the reception 24 hours a day and very friendly and helpful.

The door to my room was quite squeaky. The bathroom lacks storage facilities. The ventilation in the bathroom, which turns on automatically when the light is switched on, was a bit noisy.

Nice small hotel in quiet residential neighborhood with good parking. Breakfast was pleasant and a good price. Friendly helpful staff.

Wifi didn’t always work in my room.

Everything was good. The hotel staff was excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

Very, very clean and tidy hotel. A few minutes walk frpm Bus and Train station. Staff were really nice. One of the nicest places I have stayed in,in LT for the money.

Breakfast was not so good .. Hot food ran out and not replaced....Quality was good .

Wifi in my room wasn't always great.

The room was very spacious and offered a pleasant amount of space, the bathroom was also a little larger. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Good English was spoken at reception and the rest of the staff spoke some English. It was quite cold outside in May, but this was not a problem, the heating was on and kept the room at the right temperature. The European breakfast offers a selection of sweet and savoury options including Lithuanian cuisine without being extravagant.

The furniture is a bit dated in terms of style and condition, but functional.

The street is very nice and super quiet, very nice the house/hotel itself altogether with enough parking space. Very clean, and tidy, not the room alone.

Terrible for people with some disabilities, so we change the predicted room on the third floor for the spare one in the first floor. They should note that in their announcement. Distanced from the old town, i.e. center.
