Reviews of Riverside apartment self check-in

The location of the apartment is very good. Nice view. Enough space for four guests.

The apartment is not looked after: shower drainage was not cleaned for a long time and had to clean in myself for a proper drainage. There were 2 cups only for 4 people. Advertised with toiletries and hairdryer- none of it were there. Paid parking via the app only (yellow zone) and no information provided. The registration/ check-in details were sent just after i made enquiries two hours prior the checkin time. I have a big question whether the bedding in the main bedroom was fresh - was very creased and found few hairs.

The place is great. Really comfortable and cosy. We as a family enjoyed having playground nearby. Shops were within 7minute walking distance and kitchen there is also very practical. Kids said, that if we return again, we should definitely choose the same appartment.

We had some trouble figuring out how to get in. After contacting owner he sent email with all the necessary information. That information would have been great to receive few days before the trip but otherwise, no issue

Location is great. But it is a pity that apartment is not taken care of.

I read negative reviews about this apartment, but still decided to book thinking that those bad things are fixed. But I was wrong! Apartment is worn out, bed linen smells terrible, towels are so used… When we arrived, I noticed that washing machine was closed with humidity inside. I opened and noticed bad smell from the washing machine. Must be mold there too… If the same washing machine is used for washing bed linen and towels, no wonder they smell terrible!!! Also - pillows are so uncomfortable, impossible to sleep on them (they are hard and quite high). There were 3 pots in the kitchen, one of them was not suitable for the kind of stovetop - why to keep it at all, if it is not functional?? Overall, not recommend.

Apartment with everything for comfortable staying. Good location especially with kids, playground is around the corner.

We received information about self check in very late. There was bad smell in toilet, and I’m not sure that bedsheets wasn’t use before us.

Perfect location, cosy apartment, well communicating and responsive host.

Missing vacuum cleaner, not very clear check in instructions, some facilities could be fixed, not enough dishes (especially plates).

Location is excellent

I guess there are two or more apartments available, so we didn't get the one on the photo, but another one. Some things were broken - the toilet, the coffee table, the bedside table. I didn't find the hairdryer, also the oven wasn't clean..

Very good location. Near center of city. Modern building and apartment.

Shower place should have something that would avoid splashing water.
