The stay and place was good for the money paid, everything you would need for a simple weekend stay was included. The cats were very cute.

The central heating was insufficient, and the extra heater provided was sparking. In addition to that, the bathroom lock of one of the rooms was not working.

The host was very accomadating, the place was comfy, and the location was great and close to Maxima, Iki, and a bus stop.

the inn was in 24 hours front desk group so i chose it. the owner rejected late check in (00.15). Luckily we managed to arrive before 00.00. So consider this when you book this inn.

The room was on the second floor under the roof, so I had to be careful, as there was not enough space in parts of the room to stand up. Arrangements in the bathroom are very tight and difficult to enter.

Communicated with staff by phone only, but instructions were full and clear. Free parking. Kitchen, next to my room. Good value. Clean

We have traveled with a dog. Excellent place for family with dog. We had own enter to the room, without any extra money for a dog.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The host was rather rude over the phone, and I found the check-in instructions inconvenient to receive in this manner. The room itself was in poor condition. There were spider webs behind the bed, trash underneath, and even a used towel under another one. The towel provided had multiple hairs on it - thankfully, I had my own towel. A thick layer of dust was noticeable throughout. The presence of exposed pipes made waste sounds audible, and persistent tapping noises reminding a shower cabin were particularly annoying. Additionally, the bedding was uncomfortable, the lighting was poor, and the curtains could not be properly closed. The kitchen was unclean and lacked basic utensils. The bathroom was a mess, with a pool of water on the floor and no paper towels or toilet paper provided. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend it.

build quality of room was not great: * on main door there was literally mold growing which is harmful to health * in the corner of bedroom there was an actual foam stuck into some kind of hole * electrical work is non-optimal, could easily get to EXPOSED wires, these could kill you if you wanted to touch these * door sills were all really worn out - a simple paint could already fix it * bathroom door lock was badly functioning * bathroom shower was poorly maintained and was not cleaned * hot water from shower occasionally disappeared and then you got random cold shower * bedroom was little too cold, was less than 18C * blanket was too short for me (190cm long person), had to wear socks and I couldn't get proper sleep because of that Most of these issues could be fixed by 2-3 days of work, so please fix your room before renting these out.

Location of building was good, receptionists also were helpful.

Instructions upon arriving are ridiculous. You come to the gates and have call the property. Once they pick up they giving you bunch of instructions how to get in. On the gates there's is QR code and it directs you to YouTube video how to get to your room. What kind of game is that, wasn't easier to send directions directly in the message instead of making it difficult. Once entering building horrendous smell, whatever it was. Room itself is nice, AC for hot season, tv that i didn't use. Mini fridge makes insanely loud noise every single hour. Multiple rooms split by the paper thin walls, you can literally hear everything. Bed uncomfortable as well. Nextdoor guys probably came back after clubbing 4 in the morning, so combined mini fridge+paper thin walls+uncomfortable bed=sleepless night. Won't return.

Looked like renewed shared showers, restroom. Location mid, there's bus stop nearby. Decent price for private room. Room itself is nice, AC for hot season, tv that i didn't use.

The communication. You have to call tho get the instructions how to enter the room. I dont have pictures but lights on the wall was without shades. we had a shared bathroom/ shower cabin was instaled interesting ... it was on the bricks...

*Been asked "if I'm ready to listen" when I tried expressing that I couldn't hear the receptionist when I had to call to get instructions to open the gate. *The lack of facility to leave the bags after check-out. Was heading to the beach the next day and didn't wanna take a large bag. - Instead was offered a discount on a room the next day when I didn't require staying another night - and of course - that's where he would have stored my bag - in that room. Ironic really. *Location - it's an hour walk outside the center.

Decent price compared to other properties on a busy summer weekend.

Bathroom - shower is standing on bricks. It’s not attached to the wall. I was afraid to us it. It looks rather like in middle of construction. Paper thin doors thru with you hear every sound from the corridor.

Price is low. But I regret that we stayed there. It worth to pay more and have possibility to get shower and undisturbed sleep.
