Nice room close to Esch-sur-Alzette public transport. House offers several rooms suitable for various people. E.g. a room included a baby bed - for families with kids. Place can be rented for short-term or also longer terms.

Very uncomfortable bed. Pillows were even worse : super hot, full of bumps, made of extremely poor material....not sure they were even proper pillows. Bathroom poorly cleaned. Property manager had very rude manners when I asked support by text to open the external door.

The area where accommodation is located is the sort of ghetto, at night there will be a man at every second corner wanting "to help you". Don't have high hopes regarding hygienic (dirty wals, malt on walls in toilets due to not existing ventilation etc.).

The public transport connection with our place of interest was good and available all the time. Rooms were renovated. Ok for 1-3 days stay with people who are flexible.

Not sure if they change the bedsheet or clean it probably, because I found lots of hairs of different lengths on the bedsheet (pubes, nose hairs, chest hairs…); weed smell in the corridor; Changed room twice because the room assigned to me was occupied, better to use lock with code

The bathroom was very dirty when we checked in. The cleaning lady told us she would clean it later (which is okay because we did an early check-in). When we came back in the evening, the bathroom was however not clean. It seemed like someone just wiped the surfaces.

Communication with staff was very good in beforehand . We were able to check-in earlier.

Perhaps some kitchen towels so people can dry their dishes after they clean them? Maybe some mugs to drink coffee/tea? The wipes and cloths in the kitchen were quite dirty, perhaps they could be changed more often? Maybe attach a rail to the bathroom wall that people can hang their towels and/or clothes on while they are using the shower so their towels/clothes don't get wet or dirty?

Both the room and the shared areas (kitchen, dining room, showers and toilets) were very clean, big compliment to the cleaning staff. The window in the room can be opened which was very nice to get some fresh air. The room had a pleasant temperature in autumn even without using the heater and it was not noisy.

There was really nothing I didn’t like everything was great during my stay.

The location is perfect, especially if you're visiting the University of Luxembourg. The staff was always kind and helpful, answering all my questions quickly.

Few tenants are not clean, and not considerate for others. The bed is uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, sourounded by shops, supermarkets, and cafe. Very close to bus stop and train station. The guy working in house is decent, very polite and helpful.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms -- only in the corridors -- which was hard during summer nights. The front door also doesn't always lock from the outside, and the shower handles are broken.

Nice private room for staying in Esch. There's a kitchen you can use for your own cooking, fridges and all.

Everything went perfectly well while staying at this place. We went to Esch-sur-alzette for the Francofolies music festival and found this accomodation well suited to our needs. It is a cheap place that offers nice rooms for a short term stay in Esch. Do recommend.
