No kettle, tea, coffee in the room. Not typical for a 4 star hotel. Also, no drinking water at the pool area.

Nice hotel. Nice indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. Robes provided. Only a few minutes by b7s from the city centre ( do read timetable as not so frequent bus service)

Bathroom flooded after every shower, not enough towels were replaced after clean - no tea/coffee making facilities, quite loud in the mornings with hoovering etc - and cleaners knocking.

The swimming pool is intended for families and kids, but during our stay some guests were using it as if for training or competition. They complained that my child was playing and disturbing them. It would be helpful if the property made it clear that the pool is primarily for leisure, especially when families with children are present.

There were some really helpful and friendly staff, but also some real miserable ones too! The set menu was very basic, stayed for 4 days and more or less had the same food! Breakfast could have had more hot choice for veggies. Very very limited gym equipment, needs much more range

We were not given information breakfast when we checked in. Last day we asked reception to add breakfast to our bill. Paid 44 euros and got there and it was closing. It was 9.58am. We had to grab something quick as it was all being put away. Breakfast was not good value.

Very thin towels, should have been replaced years ago. Nowhere but the floor to put your own shampoo, shower gel etc in the shower. Intermittent drain smells in the bathroom. Aircon at the ‘coldest’ setting was still keeping the room at around 20/21 degrees, a bit too warm for sleeping. Lack of secure wifi. Restaurant staff ‘efficient’ to the point of being rude. Both evenings I ate in the restaurant, on both occasions my plate was whisked away while I was still chewing the last mouthful, I wasn’t asked once if I needed anything else, and the wait staff practically ran from my table, so short of shouting after them that I would like mayonnaise, I was left wanting. Also I wasn’t offered desert or coffee after my main course on either occasion, and had to ask a passing waiter for a second drink. On my first evening the very friendly, and seemingly knowledgeable, guy on the front desk told me where I could get the bus into town the following morning, and what time, as I had booked a tour. Unfortunately it turned out to be a public holiday and the buses were running a reduced service and not at their usual times either. I found this out from a more knowledgeable young lady at the bus stop. I ended up driving into town to join my tour in time, luckily on street parking was free and readily available because of the holiday. So overall my stay fell short of my expectations.

I like the location, but worth noting it is a little out of the centre. There is a bus that stops straight outside of the door and all public transport in Luxembourg is free.

The hotel is further out of the centre than described, it takes about half an hour to get close to the main restaurants and sights. The buses are free which was amazing and it's easy to get around Luxembourg, just be prepared that you have to be mindful of the time it might take. It would have been nice to have some free tea/coffee in the room or cheaper breakfast.

Room was very clean, beds were so comfortable! We loved that we could use the swimming pool, sauna and gym for free. It made for a relaxing stay and the nature around us was nice. We had an issue with our shower but staff came to fix the problem straight away.

Not having a kettle and basic tea and coffee in room was sorely missed. Having double beds, but with two single duvets meant that sleep was not as good as it could have been.

The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. Lots of room for sitting and a lovely atmosphere. The shower pressure was very good. Layout of the hotel was good and all staff very helpful. Had a relaxed feel to it. The access to the bus was very good. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Good amount of towels and robes etc was a real plus. Parking was great - lots of space and very accessible. Air con was a plus.
