Our stay at EuroParcs was really great and relaxing.

Communication via the Booking.com app was one-way only, i.e. we did receive messages from EuroParcs, but there was no response on our messages, even repeated, so in the end we had to call them to confirm our requests.

We really enjoyed our weekend away. The accommodation was very neat and clean. It is had good options for heating, which is great on colder days. The area is beautiful, we would go back anytime. The staff was very friendly. And the option to order freash baked bread for the next morning was great.

The unit we were in didn't have an oven. It's not a problem, it's just important to consider when planning meals.

Reception lady is nice, small chalet in a quiet place, space and design are just fine

The mattress was the worst one in my life to have slept on, couldn’t sleep the whole first night. There’s no service, no amenities, empty cold room. Even the bedding with poor quality was just sealed and placed on the bed, you have to set bed by self, unbelievable, and you are asked to remove them while leaving, dealing with trash by self as well. When people live outside, it’s supposed the room rate should at least include this kind of service charge, why should guests be trained to do this instead of employee whom the owner should pay to do? The surrounding is so so, appearance of the chalet is a bit worn out, due to the season, plants and trees wither, nothing impressive It seems not to be for weekend trip, but for longer peaceful village holiday, but I doubt who could sleep on that kind of mattress for more than one week.

Beautiful spot, good facilities, free parking, good location to travel across Luxemburg and Belgium

No one towel included (only for extra price and it's not common to remember about it), low-speed wifi in the room (it was more speedy outside than in the room)

This was by the far the cheapest accommodation we stayed in on our holiday around Europe so our expectations were low, but it ended up being one of the cleanest, most relaxing places we’d stayed in. Plus it had a gym, cafe, restaurant and small shop on sight.

The walls of the cabin were incredibly thin so you easily hear other people using the toilette or snoring during the night.

Location is gorgeous, there's an amazing walking trail right next to the park. Cabin was well equipped and clean. Interior was cozy and comfortable. Parking right next to the cabin is a huge plus.

The towels and linen could be included in the price.
