It was not clear when the restaurant was opened or closed.

I am very happy with my stay here. Nice place in the middle of nature. Nice walking routes and room. The host was very friendly! I couldn't make it to breakfast because I needed to leave early, and she made a lunchpacket so that I still had something to eat. I was also very happy that it was allowed to take the dog.

We booked 2 nights, but extend with 1 night during our stay as it was awesum. If this is what you're looking for, you did hit the jackpot. If it is not what you're looking for, take an other hotel. We loved it, and the breakfast was superb. The host was so nice. If you're in for in for a bit of an 'experience', this is a great stay.

Wifi sometimes disappeared. No restaurant at the hotel, so we had to order food.

Nothing, everything went better than expected.

The first night we were running late so I called the hostellerie and she said it was no problem en stayed late for us! Also she cleaned out her garage so our motercycle could stay in there for the night!

There was nothing not to like. But I noticed the room stayed a little humid after using the shower (which is in the room, while the toilets are down the hall.). So it makes me wonder if humidity could be a problem but while I was there it wasn’t,

Mme Simon is wonderful. She checked on me when I was sick. She puts on a super breakfast and kept coffee, tea and snacks available at all times. The property is on the rail trail to Larochette (10 minute bike ride) and it was really a great location for biking to Vianden, Echternach and Trier.

Beds were good, but a little soft for my taste. Furthermore great stay.

Great location on the Mullerthal trail, but not on walking distance from a village. A very very good breakfast. A very kind owner. And you could take coffee, tea, muesli bars and fruit for free for during the hikes :)

The stay amidst Mullerthal was truly wonderful, offering a surreal experience surrounded by nature. Convenient access to various hiking trails made exploration effortless. The room was well-appointed with all necessary amenities, providing a comfortable retreat. The host's exceptional hospitality added to the experience. The breakfast spread was delightful and thoroughly enjoyed. While onsite dining options for lunch or dinner were unavailable, likely due to the low season, it was easy to venture to nearby villages for meals, which was not inconvenient. Additionally, parking was available onsite and complimentary. Definitely recommend.

We brought our dog and were happy to be welcomed so kindly. We had plenty of space in our nice and clean room and enjoyed the great breakfast! Our hostess was extremly kind. Big up to her for all the hard word she does, alone, to keep this cosy place up and running. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the Müllterthal! The host Martine is extremely kind and she was really helpfull. We will definitely return here as the hotel is really peaceful :)

Not a thing.

Martine is a most gracious hostess. My room was simple, clean and the bed was comfortable. The Inn is found 11 minutes walk from the bus stop in Heffingen in the beautiful Luxembourg countryside. I really enjoyed the stroll. She serves a beautiful and abundant home made breakfast, with great variety. It’s amazing! Customer satisfaction is an obvious priority at Hostellerie de la Vallee. Best value to price ratio I’ve had the pleasure to experience on my current tour of Europe. Highly recommend!

Own toilet is generally better but other factors listed made it a great choice for me.

This was an ideal choice for me set in nature just out of a small village. Large clean room including shower and basin - shared toilet nearby. Tea making and snacks in hallway was also good. Even without a car, as a walker I had good bus options close and lovely walks. Host was considerate and friendly and offers a varied breakfast to cater for all.

The location was a little far out. There were not many food places nearby so I had to go to the next over city. The bus station was a 9-minute walk away which was convenient.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was great (croissants/bread/strawberries/eggs) with a nice view of the trees while eating. I loved the cat.
