Something to consider: the check-in time for guests arriving late in the evening could be longer. For example, check-in should be by 11 p.m. to avoid stress during travel when it's difficult to plan everything precisely and calculate travel times.

The hotel is run by a very friendly owner. The service is top-notch. It's very well located in the quiet center of Diekirch. I believe this is a good choice for both short-term and longer stays. The Wi-Fi signal or cleanliness are absolutely fine. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Diekirch.

Bit noisy by the car park when motorcycles arrive/leave. The mattresses were a little too firm.

I would have liked an earlier check-in time, otherwise everything was great.

Owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to bus/train station and river promenade. Easy walk to restaurants and stores. Nice breakfast. I appreciated that they let us drop our bags before check-in time even though they were closed.

The location is great, close to the small town, the host give us some recommendations around local hiking routes. The room is old school stye but clean, view from the room is nice, parking lot is easy to find.

It is closed during the day. You can only check-in as from 16h00. I arrived around 11h and had to go to a restaurant waiting to be able to have my room at 16h00.

I booked a single room but was upgraded to a very nice double room with a beautiful view on the parc. The hotel has no restaurant but is very close to the center where you have all the facilities.

Hotel and furniture would need a renovation. Pillows and beds are not very comfortable. Parking on site is pretty expensive (9 euros). No WiFi on fourth floor.

i arrive at 14.30 but reception/hotel was closed until 16.00. Usually it is possible to leave one's bags in the establishment and come back when the room is ready.

Manager was very welcoming - made an effort to chat and that makes a difference. Breakfast was very good value.

Good location close to town centre, allocated courtyard rooms which were perfectly adequate and host allowed us access to a seperate room for drying our motorbike gear which was great. Good choice of breakfast

Our bedroom was at the front of the hotel with an extremely busy and noisy road. Fortunately didn’t need to open any windows, otherwise would have been unbearable. On a motorcycle and charged the same parking as a car even though we were asked to not use any car spaces!

There were some issues with the checking in because booking.com let me select a later time than the hotels actual check in times, but after calling with the super friendly staff something could be arranged.

Parking was available on the premises, but the area is quite small and maneuvering our car in the morning posed quite a challenge.

The Maitre'd was exceptionally pleasant and informative. He remembered my name thorough my stay and even offered some recreational ideas for me and my family upon arrival as well as the next morning at check-out. He made me feel important and managed to strike just the right balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. A lost skill - and a great experience overall.

A real family hotel. Grandfather, father, son etc. Beautifully conserved, very clean. Parking at the back for Euro 9. Breakfast Euro 9 simple but enough. Walking distance into town. No restaurant but opposite the street a very good restaurant.

Rooms were a little cold and damp on arrival, needed the heating to kick in to make them comfortable.

The beds were a bit short and the shower drained quite slowly.

The owner of the hotel was very kind, friendly, and helped us pick out some nice hikes in Luxembourg! The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. It was a beautiful area to stay in, we really enjoyed walking around the town and along the river.

Room was basic but did its job. No ventilation in the room and bathroom except for the window. So in the night we had the windows closed and the windows were wet in the morning. No closed bin in the bathroom (for the ladies...)

Receptionist was helpful answering our questions. Parking space behind the hotel is useful (€9).
