Very nice location with excellent view. Room was very clean. Good shower. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The parking situation is suboptimal.

I liked the location hence choosing this hotel. It was also very clean which I appreciated considering the room and building was quite old.

Many of my clients have stayed at this hotel and never had any complaints from them. I booked a single room thinking and hoping I'll have the same experience. I was allocated a 'classic' room in another building (Goeres Hotels). The room was very hot, although there was a fan. It was on the main road so I could not really open a window due to the increased noise. The curtains were also not blackout which for some may not be an issue, but it did cause an early wake-up for me. I'm sure there are better 'single' rooms in the main building of the hotel where I had my clients stay, so I'm sure this was not the only option. I'm a bit disappointed. I do appreciate that the room was clean.

Easy, quick check in. Clean, good size room. Powerful shower and nice toiletries. Aircon. Luggage storage. Good hairdryer.

Great, edge of town, hotel with in walking distance of the centre and all the attractions. Evening meals,,, perfect, waiters,,,, entertaining, loved it.

Not a complaint but parking was very tight and weird. You will find out, lol.

The room is comfortable and the hotel has a good location, 10 minutes from the main area. The staff we’re super friendly and the beds were comfortable

The pillows were not comfortable and there could have been a mini fridge in the room. It felt a little over priced for what you get but nothing terrible

This hotel offers very good value for money. It’s near enough to walk into the city but not bang in the centre to make driving a problem. Easy to find and it has a parking garage. The hotel’s terrace is a lovely place to sit and have a drink. ( we didn’t manage to eat there) We would stay again

Situation. Very convenient for centre of the city.

Parking expensive. Some sort of power cut meant could not check in for well over an hour after arriving and no offer of a drink of anything while waiting. Just apologies and suggestion I went away and came back later.

City center nearby, so excellent!

The facilities are somewhat limited, no slippers, extra toiletries. There’s no sound proof room although in the details it’s indicated. We can hear noises from the neighbour room and vice versa.

We loved the location!!!!!! The gentleman at the front desk was very patient and kind. I watched as he dealt with an unhappy woman who wanted her money back because her room was noisy. He handled her situation with grace. I had many chances to talk w him and found him to be very helpful

Fantastic location and view

The location (downtown). We were walking distante from the major attractions. The room was very large.

By not having the air conditioning system, our night was not so good. It's been the only hotel in our holiday (among france, belgium) with no AIR Conditioned room. The room description was accurate, however a modern hotel, or for the price/for value ratio, should have it

Affordable hotel at a great location, only minutes away from city centre. Views were also nice.
