Breakfast was excellent, good selection and delicious food. The Spa is beyond expectation and we really enjoyed the Banya ritual. Thank you to everyone at the Spa! The pool with the sea water is a rare opportunity tothe water experience.

Breakfast was not as I expected. It really needs some improvement.

Very good facilities. The SPA was very nice and kids really enjoyed swimming there although the kids swimming pool was small. The beach just beside the hotel is very clean and the hotel provides towels and beds to use. I also like the coffee shop and its food very tasty. They also gave kids a welcome package which was a plus. The room was very clean with very good coffee machine and capsules. The staffs are polite and helpful. I will definitely come back!

The parking area was a bit tight. Rooms advertised a large selection of pillows, but not all were available due to high demand. The 5-star thing had a bit of an 80s/90s feel to it. Staff at restaurants had occasional difficulty remembering what was ordered. The bathroom was pretty but completely impractical as there was hardly any room to lay out toiletries or hang towels (but a big plus for a foldable drying rack).

Great location right at the beach. Less than 10 min walk to a train to central Riga (30 min). The spa was quite small, but we enjoyed it very much nevertheless and it was not crowded due to the time slots that you had to book. The sea water pool and steam sauna were lovely. Big comfy beds. Excellent room service menu. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

On the downside, the hotel feels a bit outdated and not very modern in style. We also had a disappointing experience with the spa staff — one of the massage therapists made an inappropriate comment about weight, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is not dog-friendly, which is something to keep in mind for future stays.

Fantastic location — right on the waterfront with its own beach, sun loungers, and great access to the sea. The restaurants on the property were excellent, with delicious food, and the breakfast was truly outstanding.

Black out curtains on the upper stage should be more protected from the sunlight, otherwise wake up with the sun at 0500 o’clock.

We stayed at Baltic Beach Hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The service was superb, professional, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the spa and massage, which added a perfect touch of relaxation to our visit. This has become our favourite place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We will definitely return again!

At first I had a room with a not very good view from the window. But I fixed it myself. And I urge others: take care of your joy yourself

Great location. First line by the sea. Cafe, bar, restaurant right on the hotel grounds. Spa included in the room rate. And very friendly staff. I asked for a room upgrade and got even more than I expected. I love the Italian restaurant. Also the breakfast is beyond praise. Nowhere is it as delicious as in Latvia. And I was also pleased that there was a saxophone playing in the bar during the day. A great place to meet. I will come back again and again.

We would call this a 4 star hotel, not a 5 star because rooms are outdated, design old-fashioned, there were spots on carpet. Prices in restaurant are far too high. This hotel deffinetelly needs a renovation.

Great location and views. Nice SPA area, large pool. Check-in was nice with a welcoming drink. Good breakfast and super friendly staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very nice restaurants, perfect sea view and great location. Nice breakfest. SPA Welness and breakfest scheduled on exact time, so it wasn’t crowded. Hotel needs renovation.. it feels everything was luxury 20 years ago… but good thing everything perfectly clean.
