We had a wonderful stay – a perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. The room was spacious and well thought out, especially for families: the children had their own beds, and we had a large, comfortable one for ourselves. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. There’s a private path leading directly to the sea, which is just a few minutes away on foot, and a beautiful walk along the shoreline takes you to Cape Kolka in about a kilometre. We also had access to a sauna for an additional fee, and it was definitely worth it – a lovely way to unwind. There was convenient parking, and we could enjoy a barbecue outside, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The location itself is peaceful, natural, and simply stunning. One of the highlights was the incredibly kind and responsive host. When our child forgot her favourite cap, she went out of her way to send it to us in another city. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

It was one of the best bookings I’ve ever experienced. The owner is really kind and helpful — she even offered to dry my wet clothes after I cycled through a rainy day! The house itself is amazing, just a minute away from the sea. I hope to come back someday!

If you like nature it's awesome, location also was unbelievably Buetifull close to coast. Werry friendly and helpful host. Sudgested to visit if you going to stay and see corner coast of Latvija.

The shower water has some specific smell - you need to get use to it.

The property itself was very spacious. The location was perfect - only a couple of minutes if walk to the beach - it felt like we were the only ones on the beach.

The back room where I stayed was dark and if the sauna below was firing, the room got quite warm. It would have been nice to have a couch downstairs.

This was a two room newly built house, where two different couple could stay. It was so spacious, surrounded by greenery, fields, woods, with the Baltic a short walk away. The kitchen was fabulous, there was a great sauna for extra money in the house. This place was so relaxing, and it was an easy walk along the shore to Kolka Point.

We were lucky to spend 2 nights in the house alone. I think it wouldn't have been as cosy if there would of been another family in the 2nd room.

Cosy house and friendly owner. Private beach only few steps away. Delicious breakfast that is a lot different than a regular hotel food. I think the owner is vegan :) Games for a child to play with and outdoor area to grill & chill. We also ordered sauna and liked that it had a wooden stove. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lot of pots and pans, spices etc. Very good place to stay at when visiting cape Kolka.

Water smells sulfur, but it is in all this part of Latvia.

Perhaps we didn’t read the description carefully enough, but at first we didn’t realize that the two bedrooms are rented out separately. We were lucky to only have to share the house for one night, but we think it would be a great idea to offer the option to rent the entire house exclusively. The second point – which we saw others had mentioned as well – is the slightly unpleasant or stale smell of the water. For a short stay it’s manageable, but for a longer visit it could become a real issue.

The location is unbeatable – just a stone’s throw from the Gulf of Riga, surrounded by peace and quiet. The fireplace is a delight, and the option to book a sauna adds an extra touch of luxury. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips.

Sauna was for extra charge which was not mentioned on the page which is disappointing. A bit difficult to find at first due to Maps showing us to a wrong place (Ūši village). You have to keep in mind you might not have the entire house to yourself, you might have neighbors in the next room and you share the kitchen. No TV in the room but that's not important (unless you want to watch EURO finals :)

Very nice house, the kitchen and the room was clean and nice. The hostess was very nice. The property is close to the beach, short walk away.
