Beds, mattress, pillows and duvets are very low quality. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Decoration for 613 room with balcony was very out-dated and you can see the furniture has been very used over time. TV didn’t work but maintenance worker came and fixed it.

Wellness Oasis and bar was amazing. Breakfast superb. And location amazing. Reception staff very welcoming.

When checking in, the stuff member did not warn us that cleaning the room happens only ON REQUEST... As a result, we found the bin full of rubbish and no clean towels after we came back to the room on the second day:( We had to go down to the reception to ask about it, then we had to come back to put the sign on the door....and at last the room was cleaned... Besides, it would be more comfortable to have some more hooks fixed in the bathroom.

The atmosphere was peaceful and safe. The breakfast was not plentiful, but it was possible for everybody to choose something tasty: ham, eggs, buns, cheese, herring, cereal, fruits, sometimes pancakes.

The interior is a bit worn off, rooms need renovation and maybe there's a problem with air ventilation system or pipes or something else because there was a pretty strong smell on the 5th floor and it lasted for a few days. Probably it's just a temporary problem, there was no smell on the other floors to be fair.

Great location, the sea is just minutes away, the hotel is literally on the main street with restaurants, bars, cafes, awesome breakfast with a huge variety of food 👌 😋 The SPA zone is amazing with saunas, jacuzzi's, warm pool, colder big pool, one more pool for the kids and etc. Great staff. 4 elevators which is great and you don't need to wait long going down or up. We had a superior type room with a long wide balcony. You can order a dinner at the hotel's restaurant for 25 EUR per person. Parking is 5 EUR a day.

Rooms not really as modern and shining as the Rest of the hotel

Our room was a bit outdated though comfortable, spa was well maintained, everything was clean, breakfast was of good qualiity! Location within 5 min to the Beach, directly adjacent to Jomas iela! Best of all was the staff, very helpful, charming and truly Professional, best of all was our waitress in the Restaurant, top dinner and very good service!!!

The room was over the ventilation systems from swimming pool and therefore noisy 24h non stop, those machines were humming, making a lot of noise, if you left the window open, it was really loud. The window opens just slightly. The walls are very thin, you can hear every noise from neighbours - I had some neighbours who returned at 1.30 am and were loud ... Another issue was the system to get in/out of the spa area: if you stay at hotel and paid for spa too, I do not see why you need a bracelet, it s not a public swimming pool. To get a bracelet and to return it took some time, and you were waiting in a colder area with air co on after you get out from sauna or jacuzzi. not pleasant at all. The lady working at the spa one evening was not nice - she could be kinder to customers.

My room was renovated and clean, the entire floor was renovated. Breakfast was nice and had many options, with possibility to eat outside on the terrace, good coffee as well. Very good idea of providing free water (including sparkling water) from a water machine in the corridor.
