Location is perfect to any place in Jurmala

Hotel needs renovation. Walls are totally like paper, no soundproof at all. Breakfast could wish for better choices and quality.

Great location and if you’re into the older villas, then it’s a magical stay in it’s own way.

However, the room wasn’t clean with dead bugs and spiderwebs on the walls and ceiling. The breakfast was also very mid with bad coffee.

I ovation and building

Ideal location, the beach couldn't be closer, there's a pedestrian alley right next to it. The hotel is neat, comfortable, breakfast is pretty good. The only downside is that there is a concert hall next to it where concerts were held every evening and they rehearse from 3pm and then perform until midnight, so if you want to go to bed early, you won't be able to because the noise is loud.

Facade. A couple of receptionists (out of 10?). Cleaning personal is nice and helps when you ask them to.

1. SPA is not included in the SPA hotel. 2. The price for the SPA is a scam price - 55€ per er hour. 3. After talking to other guests who has taken the SPA I found out that it is very small and jacuzzi is not working. 4. The hotel is close to the concert hall and the noice from there is just as if you were at the concert yourself. The music is until 23:30. 5. Not the best part of the city center. Many drunk people are henging at that area all the night through. 6. The doors into the hotel room and into the bathroom are weak and you have to use a lot of power to close thise properly. 7. The bathtub leaks and the bathroom floor is therefore always wet. 8. You have to ask personal to change the sheets. For the four star hotel it is wired. The personal is nice though and do it when you ask them to. 9. There is no one who can help you to carry the baggage (in a four star hotel) and there is no elevator, so you may have to carry it yourself, even if you have pain in your back. 10. Personal changes all the time which already is a signal about the properties quality. In 6 days there was only one persons that was there twice. 11. Only two ladies were nice and caring others didn’t bother even saying hello. They could also discuss other clients while you were there.

I was scammed by hotels hacked booking.com account 468,3 euros. The reception was aware of the repeated hacking. Hotels restaurant serves sweet red wine with meat. That is also called disaster. When we tried to return the wine that was not possible.

Air condition did not work. Sink drain leaked. Fridge was very noisy. WiFi was very unstable.

We paid €8 for parking at the hotel as instructed during check-in. A week later, we received a €35 fine from a parking company (SIA Park Expert) for not paying. We contacted the hotel immediately, attached proof of our stay and parking payment – but got no response at all. We sent a follow-up email – still nothing. Only after 10 days did the parking company inform us the fine was wrongly issued and cancelled it. The hotel never acknowledged the situation or apologized. Very poor customer service – we felt ignored and unsupported. ⚠️ Be careful if you’re parking at this hotel – even if you pay the hotel, you might still get a fine.

We reserved for 2 and child(14 years),got room for two.stuff after organized extra bed.parking cost 8€.I recomending wake up early for the breakfast for full asortiment
