Room was more used as I would like. Door handle for wc was coming out and could be some stuck in the bathroom situation. TV was gone in our room but had some in next door room. Swimming pool was closed.

Great location near the see, kids playroom was nice and also some good other activities for adults like air hockey, billiard.

Sound isolation is non-existent. No AC - it could be hot. Double room, but only one chair :( No hair-dryer. No coffee/tea cups-mugs in the room - we were advised to ask for them in the bistro :( WiFi was "wavy": sometimes good, sometimes - nearly dead. Balconies are arranged in one line without any screens/shields in-between, so you can see all your 10 or 15 neighbors, this is very irritating. It wouldn't be expensive to build some simple shields of organic glass, but it introduced a cozy privacy. Moreover, if your neighbor is smoking on the balcony, you will "taste" all the smoke. SPA is on the expensive side for the facilities, moreover it was not working at the days of our visit on weekend. Bistro could be decorated in a more cozy manner - now it still reminds the soviet canteen.

Interesting place - lost in the middle of the road, 500 m to the empty beach. Quite relaxing. Ample parking places. Rooms not big, but renovated and cozy. Nice lady at the reception, she took into account our wishes about the room (but there were many free rooms at that time). Clean, newly renovated room, new carpets on the floors. Tasty bistro (but it is getting more expensive, even comparable with the nearby café). Lot of meals to choose from. Nice lady again. Close to the road, but quiet. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. Thick white clean towels. Good price-quality ratio (but it is getting more expensive). Small grocery shop and quality café in 5 mins.

Lady at the reception was probably very unhappy with her life. She tried to convince us, that she will let us in only at 3 PM, though we knew beforehand that there were a lot of free rooms on that day. Finally I succeeded in convincing her, and she gave us the keys at 12 AM. Sound isolation is non-existent. WiFi was "wavy": sometimes good, sometimes - nearly dead. TV was not working - we could not switch it on neither by the remote, nor by the buttons on the set itself. No shields of any kind between the balconies, so one can see all the ten (or something like that) neighboring balconies and their inhabitants.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel room,also there was a very noisy party at night, really not suitable for families with children. It was difficult to communicate with the administrator in English. There was no dryer in the room.

We went to the spa to spend a rainy day indoors with pool and stuff for the kids. Unfortunaly the spa was closed when we were there. The information that the spa was closed was only in latvian on Booking.com so it was hard for us to know.

Ok rooms. We liked the playroom for the kids and the big pooltable.

Never got to actually stay here. Checked in, got my key, went to a party. When I tried to get back to my room at 2AM, hotel doors were locked, there was no doorbell or information about who to call available on the door. The numbers on Booking or hotel website did not work. Had to spend my night on the street. Hotel did no provide any information about reception not being available 24/7 or doors being locked after some specific time.
