Please hang notmal curtains it was hard to sleep at early morning, since you could see through the curtains.

The room was comfortable but blackout blinds would have been useful as we were woken by the sunlight at 4 in the morning.

Our hosts were fantastic and very helpful. They couldn’t have done more for us! Dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Beautiful location and very peaceful and relaxing.

The only downsides were that the room wasn’t very well soundproofed—so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs—and there was no closet, just a hanger. Because of that, it might not be the best choice for a longer stay.

A quiet and charming rural location, just a 7-minute drive from the nearest city. Please note: the on-site restaurant is the only dining option available. I recommend booking meals in advance or eating before arrival, as the property is quite remote (especially by Western European standards). A lovely breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at “Divas upes” in Koknese! Our hosts, Tomass and Dace, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable — they even found someone to drive us where we needed to go. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The sauna was amazing — a true highlight of our stay — and we definitely wish we had more time to enjoy it. Each room was unique and beautifully decorated, adding to the charm of the place. We would definitely love to come back!

An incredible place with a unique atmosphere. Family business with soul and Italian atmosphere. The owner is proud of his hotel (and with good reason) and puts his soul into it, and the restaurant's kitchen deserves the highest rating. Grateful for the incredible time spent here

Be aware that the restaurant is more on the pricey end, but for us can say that it was very much worth it. You need to preorder a little bit in advance as food is freshly prepared for you.

Beautiful spacious apartment and very welcoming hosts. Both house and restaurant are family-run and everything is carefully chosen by them. The apartment is really big and we even got the downstairs room with fridge and sink as well as few dishes etc.

Wonderful place, totally peaceful and quiet. The rooms are big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The surroundings are very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special place for short or longer stay even for very picky people.

For me everything was excellent!

I really liked the staff - the owners of DIVAS UPES. The place is very picturesque - two rivers the Daugava and the Pērse meet here. There is a wonderfull view to the ruins of Kokneses castle on the opposite side of the Daugava. If you are not from Latvia or do not know the history of this place, it is also worth to get to know it. The house is well kept, clean and cosy. Rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. You can ask for breakfast if you want.
