    “The staff were the best part. Mustapha and Youness were very lovely the bar staff was very friendly and Sara, the relationship manager was very professional and nice we had an issue and she sorted it out promptly, it was one of the best customer services I have encountered in all my travels. The food was also very nice I especially loved the sea food rice. I also liked the fact that they organised games in the pool. This brought people from different cultures working together forming friendship and also the fun game nights I enjoyed the karaoke. There was something for everyone little, young and elderly. The Dj was on point too”

    “Was very happy with this hotel Absolutely perfect location It's adjacent to a shopping mall which you access via hotel by poolside Had a super market, restaurants, and Kaspas, next door, 10/15 minutes from Airport and main attractions Check in was quick and efficient Room was very spacious, and bed very comfortable Bathroom was a good size and rainfall shower powerful, with consistent hot water Only had breakfast here which was included in the price and lots of options well made Travelled alone with my 7 year old son , he loved the pools and was able to use as they are not deep Staff were friendly.”

    “Our host Isham was so kind and helpful - a wonderful man! He made sure we had everything we needed. The Riad itself is beautiful, immaculately restored and very tastefully decorated. Also importantly nice and cool on the ground floor, with a refreshing pool to dip your feet in. The rooftop area is a gorgeous place to hang out in the evening. The breakfast was just perfect: a delicious range of local foods, freshly prepared and plenty to eat.”

    “It is smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. The staff however was the highlight of my stay- it was my children's birthday and they outdid themselves at our dinner in the evening- providing premium hospitality services. I had requested a cake at time of booking and it was provided at no extra cost, with singing both in French and English!!! They had a standard breakfast- which helped us have a good start to the day. Lastly, on checkout, they very kindly agreed to hold on to our baggage until later in the day which was very helpful.”
