    “Absolutely stunning property! Felt very traditional Moroccan which is what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable! Nice shower and body wash / shampoo provided. The lovely ladies that cleaned our room ( Fatima and Bouchra) were so friendly and did such a great job at cleaning our room daily! The hosts that were managing reception / sorting breakfast were so super friendly. Nothing was ever too much and we had their WhatsApp number so if we ever needed a taxi they would organise one and quote a price. This saved us from being overcharged by others but also saved us from explaining where in the medina we were staying. Overall 10/10 would 100% come back. The people make this stay worthwhile”

    “Nothing hotel very dated. It was all inclusive but the only alcohol was gin brandy and vodka. There was just a little hut open by the entertainment that served the drinks. I witnessed the plastic beakers just thrown in the sink not rinsed or put in dish washer then drinks served in them again. The food was disgusting abd only place where air con was working was in the bedroom. I went to reception on numerous occasions to ask for a plug for the sink and bath. We never got one.”

    “The staff are the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. They go above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable. They are always smiling and speaking to guests. Asmae, in particular, is amazing, and the kids love her. Samar and Yassine were lovely too. There is always something to do at the resort as they have a fully packed entertainment schedule. The grounds for the hotel are beautiful and its nice to walk around. There is a shuttle bus which you can take (if you book the day before) in to the markets.”
