    “When I told the hotel that my father had additional needs, the Hotel upgraded both mine and my parents room to a junior suite. This was amazing as he needed room to move about. In addition to this, the hotel room was cleaned every day, whilst the room was near the lift, which was amazing. Bathroom and Wi-Fi facilities were brilliant. Breakfast was cooked to order and served at the table, with amazing fresh mint tea and French style cafe au lait. Great time had by all of us and the reception staff were amazing. The location with central to where we needed to be.”

    “Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Riad Amaris. This was a lovely 3 nights stay in the family suite. My mum and I enjoyed the fresh prepared breakfasts each morning and listening to the birds sing on the rooftop. The Riad has been designed with a beautiful eye and is very tranquil. Above all, the staff were really wonderful and nothing was too much of an ask: we were offered to change rooms from our original suite with swift ease, when we needed a cup of tea or some light refreshments in the afternoon the staff's generosity was truly something and when I was unwell Abdu and Anas personally made ginger tea and helped direct us to the nearest pharmacy. All the staff were wonderful, especially Abdu and Anas and women who prepared breakfast. Ahmed was also super helpful in arranging transportation from the hotel and sending arrival instructions promptly. All in all the hospitality of the team really created a warm environment.”
