We had a truly wonderful stay at this Riad. From the very first moment, the warm welcome with tea and pastries set the tone. The staff were constantly attentive, available at any time, and always made us feel at ease. The Riad itself is stunning – spotless, beautifully decorated, full of character, and with a delightful fragrance everywhere. Our room was huge, and the terrace, where we enjoyed our meals and relaxed by the plunge pool, felt like a true paradise. A special thanks to Touria and Abdelhak Fayh, who were tireless in their care, no matter the hour. The location is fantastic, with quick access to everything. They even arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the transfer so we wouldn’t get lost, and provided a map with clear explanations. They recommended excellent restaurants, but honestly, the food at the Riad was so well-prepared and delicious that we were more than happy to dine there, whenever we wished. Finally, our gratitude goes to Ouady for the warm reception. We truly felt at home in Marrakech and will definitely return

There is absolutely nothing negative to point out.

The staff were so generous -- I spent most afternoons reading and enjoying the way the light moved through the beautiful Riad courtyard, and the staff kept me plied with mint tea and treats! The aesthetics are gorgeous, and their cook made the best meals I had in Marrakesh! She was truly divine!

Everything, the perfect Riad & the staff made our stay unforgettable especially Mohammed.

The decor

Would have liked to have more varietà for breakfast, not the same thing each day even if it was very good. Free range eggs would have been appreciated.

Stunning Riad - beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows. Had the larger size room. Right in the Medina however off in a quiet side street. The team are exceptional, delicious breakfast, nothing was too much trouble from last minute ironing to shoe mending!

Not very private.

All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Their attitude was exceptional, and Mr. Wadie was great to deal with. All the employees were excellent—it was a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The location is perfect — very central and within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and great recommendations. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, creating an authentic and cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring the medina. Highly recommended!

We had such an incredible stay at Riad Dar Acsameda! The place is absolutely beautiful, super clean, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Abdou, who was super friendly and always communicative. He gave us great recommendations that made our trip even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, especially the fresh orange juice was the perfect way to start the day. We also tried the hammam and massage, which were so relaxing and a great experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech!

The property is new and beautifully decorated and very clean. There is a lovely peaceful roof terrace where you can relax, and lots of comfy chairs if you want to relax in the courtyard. It’s very peaceful and feels like a tranquil place to relax after the chaos of the Medina. The staff were fantastic and so friendly, Abdul on reception is always there day and night, and makes you feel safe as he answers the door to everyone who rings the bell. There is also a spa in the basement which looked lovely, although we didn’t try it.

The street leading up to it would benefit from some lighting, when walking back in the evening.

Absolutely stunning design. Really cool interior design. The Riad had amazing facilities - beautiful pool and roof terrace. The staff were amazing. We were treated really well the whole way through. Wady the manager pretty much custom made each day of our trip, Abdul made sure we always comfortable and Faty gave us an amazing spa experience. It really was amazing

Location was okay, quite north of the town, so it’ll be 30-40min walk anywhere. Rooms are newly constructed, so the hotel is clean in general

I had a horrible experience checking out and it made me miss my flight. I had a train that departed at 9:50AM. I went to checkout by 9:20AM and hoped I’d leave at 9:30AM to catch the train. The concierge took his sweet time printing the bills and was slow as hell, despite my repeated warnings that I have a train to catch at 9:50. And to make it worse, the POS machine wouldn’t work. It had an error code, and instead of figuring out what the problem was, he just kept trying to put in the total amount and asked me to tap my card. We must have tried this 6-7 times until I got very upset. 1) I have repeatedly communicated that I have a train to catch, and it’s a tight schedule; 2) Keeping trying the same thing and expecting a different result is the definition of stupidity. I tried both of my cards, which worked perfectly throughout the trip, so it could not be my cards’ problem. The concierge didn’t even try to use the brain to solve the problem. The cherry on top of this horror was his audacity to ask me to go to an ATM. By now I’ve already missed my train, which only came every hour. Plus, the ATM he led me to only allows 2000MAD withdrawal per transaction and took 33MAD fees for each, an additional charge that was the fault of the hotel but they were happy to overlook it. All these stupidity led to me missing my international flight home. It was a mistake staying here. I cannot stress my frustration and anger at the poor handling. On a side note, all the female staff were kind and nice. If I hadn’t missed my flight from my stupid checkout process, I would have had a much better impression of this property.

Location is in the old town, it’s quite far north though, will be a long walk to the attractions

I had a horrible last day. I repeatedly told the staff that my train would leave at 9:50AM, as I was checking out. The concierge just didn’t care about my schedule. He took forever with the POS machine. I don’t know if it’s the network connection problem or issue with the machine, he kept putting in the amount and asked me to tap my card, and every time there was the same error code. I’ve tried all my cards and it showed the same error, so it was not my card issue. But instead of figuring out why the machine wasn’t working, he just kept trying to put numbers in and asked me to tap. He must had done this 6-7 times until I got upset. The definition of stupidity is trying to do the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. And by now it’s already 9:35AM, he had the audacity to ask me to go to an ATM, and I could only withdraw 2000MAD at a time with that particular ATM, each time with 33MAD transaction fees, which the hotel was happy to overlook. By the time we were done, I have already missed my train, which only comes hourly. This is a horrible experience. The concierge showed no respect for my time, despite my urgent reminder of my tight schedule. There was not a single brain cell involved in this transaction problem. Never again.

Absolutely stunning riad and wonderful friendly staff. Abdul went above and beyond to look after us and the breakfast was delicious - we can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay! The RIAD is new and impeccably clean. The staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit. The atmosphere was perfect, and the interior design is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future!

The property was immaculate, decor was tasteful, the rooms and roof terrace are beautiful. Ouadie, Abdul and the rest of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for us and were so kind. If I could give more than 10 Stars I would. I can’t wait to return!
