Aziz who works there is a awesome guy!! He makes everyone feel very welcome and cooks a great breakfast. Would highly recommend this place if you are passing through. We even stayed in a private that had its own kitchen and a huge lounge space so it was extra nice.

Aziz is so nice and welcoming, we loved chatting with him and sharing our travel stories. Rooms are nice and good size, maybe a little bit dark but it was okay because we had the sun light coming in. Bathroom is clean and with nice hot shower. WiFi wasn’t the best, in our room there was no 5G so we couldn’t do much but at least it was working in the living room.

Clean, welcoming, comfortable, kind, friendly staff. I loved staying at Afgo. I was made to feel so welcome and the staff were like good friends. The bed was very comfy, the shower good and the breakfast was delicious.

Nothing bad about the property at all!

Aziz made the stay very accommodating, he is super friendly, kind and amazing! Made all the guests food! The property is really clean, with great facilities, the beds were really comfortable! It comes with lockers and an amazing terrace that offers great views of the city, and even offers the opportunity to sleep on the terrace to star gaze! The rooms have AC if needed! I cannot say enough what an amazing job Aziz is doing with the hostel and how great he is as a host, would recommend this place to anyone traveling to ouarzazate!!

Everything was good as usual ! The only minor downside is that I found myself sleeping on a somewhat uncomfortable mattress, but it was not that important !

After a five-night stay in March, I returned to the AFGO hostel in May for two more nights, one at the beginning of my trip and a second before my flight to Marseille. This time, I met Hassan, who was as friendly as Aziz who wasn't there the first time, but I ran into him again on my second night. Following a problem with my bank card, and since I didn't have much cash, he offered to let me stay and transfer the money later from France. I was able to sort out my credit card problem, and as a result, I could pay for my stay ! It's always the same pleasure to meet other travelers on the terrace and enjoy the hearty breakfast in the morning...

Very good for the price, location is a bit interesting but otherwise good, especially they managed to sort me out a mini breakfast before the actual breakfast since I had to go.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, such good vibes, it feels really safe and the staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to share their time and culture with you... It's NOT a luxury hotel - it's a hostel, but if you want a great price for a place to watch a sunset and meet people it's perfect. The breakfast is also brilliant. Only negative is it's a little bit far from all the tourist stuff in the main part of Ourzazate but there are shops, cafes, restaurants and ATMs near by and it's quite nice to be in an area that's a little quieter. Big thanks to Aziz, Hassan, Ridwan and Ali, Ibrahim, Hamza, lhajj, everyone else!
