Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandShowers could have been hung on the wall. The food was expensive but well presented and very tasty.
The staff were lovely, very obliging and kind and friendly. Hamza collected us from our trip to the desert. The rooms were lovely, really clean and big and comfortable. It all actually looked better than the photos. There was a lovely atmosphere there. The price was very good value as well. The swimming pool area was clean and it looked really pretty. The guys let us play pool for free and there were 3 kittens which were brand new and my children were obsessed. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay there.

United KingdomCommunication was sometimes a bit difficult, could have been better around timings of events etc.
Great location, easy to access activities (quad bikes/camels etc.). Food at the camp was very good, breakfast lunch and dinner taken there. Everything prepared fresh so make sure you order in plenty of time, it's not fast food!!

HungaryThere was some miscommunication around the extra programs (e.g. dromedary) but everything was ironed out at the end without major inconveniences.
La Ferme Nomade Bivouac is a nicely located camp, a bit further from the main road. The camp has sparsely located tents, with a clean bath, comfy beds, and everything you need throughout your stay. A pleasurable pool completes the list. Most importantly the dinner (optional extra) and the breakfast were very generous and diverse. The dinner provided the best tajine we had on our trip.

United StatesWould have liked to use the pool but it was too cold.
The Ferme Nomade was the highlight of our Morroco trip. Agafay was a great place to visiti and staying at the farm was lovely. The staff was very caring and the food was delicious. I would recommend it and staying again.

United StatesThe road to the resort is definitely a little challenging so it’s helpful to hire an experienced driver or arrange transport through the staff. Having coffee available in the morning before breakfast would also be great.
Our group of three adults and three children stayed for one night in two adjacent tents. The tents were comfortable and large and we loved that they had private bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the staff was friendly and super helpful. They helped us arrange camel rides and transport to Marrakech after our stay. The food is amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

SwitzerlandAfter glamping in the chic resorts of Agafay, la ferme nomade was refreshingly 'pure', real and simple in a good way. I had not expected a tent as spacious, bed as big and comfy and the setting overlooking a village farm was nice. Its a great place for people who like to hike and explore the untouched regions of Agafay. A big thank you to the team :-)

United Kingdom1. The pool was not heated as claimed in the description 2. I arranged the transfer to and from Marrakech via Olivier as suggested by the property manager itself. However, they were not flexible with time and pick up locations. They sent us one random pharmacy name for our pick up location which was really hard to find as a tourist. When we told them the address of the pharmacy we were waiting at, they were not ready to drive and come there for picking us up. It was bit disappointing 3. The activities like camel, quad etc. are quiet expensive. I booked a dinner show but there was no show at all and it was hard to find anyone who can drop us back to the camp. We felt a bit isolated. Our money was partially refunded for no show being organised. 4. Hot water was bit slow to take proper shower.
The pool area is really nice to chill and relax. Staff is also nice.

United Kingdomthe huts were so lovely to stay in but there were a few midges in the bathroom when i was showering - but what do you expect at a camp, toilet was much nicer than i expected it to be.
The location is really perfect if your looking to relax peacefully, theres not much surrounding the property its so stunning and relaxing to chill by the pool and switch off from the hustle & bustle. we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant and i would have loved to stay longer - should have booked more nights here

Very nice stay in Agafey desert with the family. We stayed in a family tent that was very comfortable. Nicely decorated and the restaurant and pool area was really nice. Great food! Dinner, breakfast and lunch were super tasty! They organized a quad tour for only our family which was great and a lot of fun. This is a very small place and it was very calm and peaceful. We got directions sent to us which were needed since it was not a big sign or something that showed that you arrived. Thanks for a great stay!
