Toilet chataff did not have the head or press nozzle. Shower head wasn't working properly. The room smelt when I went in.

It was okay and nothing too great. The staff were very professional and kind. The balcony, although wasn't facing anything appealing (old building) as they show on their pictures was okay to take a seat outside and relax for a moment.

We were surprised that the air conditioning did not work. When we called the desk we were told it wouldn’t be on for another week. So was a bit noisy as we slept with balcony door open.

Pleasant 3 star hotel. Modern, clean, decent breakfast.

A larger towel to use after using the shower would have been nice.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh juices and coffee. Nice restaurant with a view of the mountains, the buffet was ample with everything that was served being of a very high quality. Pasties, yoghurts, eggs, omelettes, dates, figs, a variety of Moroccan breads. 10/10. Special mention to Abdul in the restaurant who was extremely hard working and always happy to help with a very genuine smile.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the city center and has breathing views of the mountains in front of Tetuán. Breakfast includes lost or Moroccan delicious bites. The staff was very helpful and service minded. The perfect hotel to stay if you want to explore Tetuán on foot

There was only one bedside light although there was a tall lamp in another corner but it was too bright to use just as a reading light so there is an opportunity to provide more atmospheric lighting perhaps dimmable lighting. We found a long hair on one of the bathroom fittings.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a standard double and was bright and colourful. There were extra blankets to use if needed - it was hot when we stayed so these were not required. Staff were able to give us directions and helped make space to park our car right outside the hotel which was really convenient. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Check in was quick and check out and payment of the tourist tax was easy.

If I have to say something, I'll say we didn't have wifi in all the premises, only in the room, but that wasn't a real issue. Everything was perfect.

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast spectacular, the location was very good , the hotel has some parking lots at the front and on a side of the building so you will have no problem to park outside. I recommend this hotel to stay in Tetuán.

It might need some new paint on the outside as the first impression was not the best but the facilities inside were great.

The hotel room / bathroom felt a little dated but and the acoustics were an issue but I'm sure a decent night's sleep is perfectly possible in a different room and the hotel is well located for a short trip to Tetuan.

This hotel is well located for access to the centre of Tetouan and we were helped by the staff to park our car just across the road. Our room was large with a bay of windows to the front and side. It felt spacious and although there were a couple of details to note - no bath towels and one of the bedside lamps was not working which mattered as there was no central light - it seemed like a pleasant environment, and the staff were helpful in sorting everything out. Unfortunately, as the hotel was located near a busy road, the noise of traffic even through the night was magnified by the 'goldfish bowl' effect of the bay windows, so although the bed itself was comfortable, actual sleep was difficult. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast the next morning was very nice, and the coffee (from a decent machine) was excellent.

Solo motorcycle rider... felt bike was secure... parked in front of reception. Arrived after dark... but had a very warm welcome and very helpful with positioning bike to maximise security. Room was good for one person... great balcony... good shower... breakfast was excellent... great choice of hot and cold buffet... would stay here again on my way through. Thank you... Shkran... Tanmirt!

The only lamp near the bed had a broken button. In the bathroom, one of the three lamps was burnt out, the second was blinking, only the third worked normally. The air conditioner was difficult to set to heating, one of the nights it was cold. The breakfast was disappointing: a lot of sweets, including fruit - which is good, but there was almost no savoury food, several types of simple pancakes and omelette to order, no vegetables or something else significant. Several dishes were just empty, maybe it's just during Ramadan.

The only difficult thing was the tea/ coffee machine at breakfast,, although they will make it for you if requested.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Tetouan, convenient for the CTM bus station. Great mountain views from the room.
