The staff in this hotel are excellent people, all very polite, considerate and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent, served by attentive staff. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the meals looked great. Our room with ensuite was basic but comfortable. It was clean and light, and had enough space for our luggage. The common areas are also clean and comfortable. There are shops, cafes and restaurants close by, and traditional shoes are made here, with many shops selling them. People in the town were friendly and helpful, so it was nice to walk around.

    Property response:

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, especially the breakfast on the terrace and the friendly atmosphere. It’s great to know you found the room comfortable and the location convenient. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We used Hotel Aladarissa as an overnight stop. It was easy to find, and easy to park outside. Comfortable and practical.

You may need to run the shower for at least ten minutes till the water comes hot! (I think we were the only guests, so no-one else was using it.)

Very conveniently located between the airport and the Anti-Atlas mountains.

Very basic and overpriced. We made it clear that we wouldn’t be staying for breakfast as we had to head to the airport early the next morning, but were still charged an extortionate amount for breakfast on our bill. We also had no hot water, despite running it for half an hour. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The accommodation, considering the price, amenities, and location on the way to the Anti Atlas Mountains, met our expectations. The staff was very kind and helpful, recommending local attractions (Agadirs) and suggesting the best place to buy argan oil. Breakfast was traditional and tasteful, served on the hotel's ground floor. The location is excellent, right in the city center, visible from a distance as you approach. There is parking available in front of the hotel.

The room and bathroom furnishings are old and could use an update. There are no night lamps, so you have to use your phone's light at night. The bed linen was not entirely clean.

My room was fine and there was car parking outside the hotel

Breakfast was very limited. I'm gluten free so I couldn't eat any of it as it was only bread. The shower water was cold.

Good hotel with nice welcoming staff in a busy road in the town. Great stop on the way to Tafraoute. The room was quite standard and not luxurious but had everything it needed. Very lovely breakfast on a sunny terrace.

    Eating breakfast on the terrace

It was a bit worrying to arrive and find the hotel all locked with the lights off until we saw the man sitting in a doorway who was expecting us.
