Some of the items felt quite outdated and they could use some renovations, but it wasn’t too big of a deal for the short time I stayed.

Great location and friendly staff. I enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a direct access, as well as the close proximity of many restaurants and the marina. The room was spacious and the balcony had a nice view of the pool area.

Food could be much better, especially the traditional cuisine. All-inclusive is not totally all-inclusive. Not all drinks are all-inclusive - only the chosen drinks are free, including one Moroccan beer, one specific whisky, and one specific vodka. Bars are not open all day, and there is no food available throughout the day. We arrived at 21:30 and there was no restaurant or bar open. They gave us a dish with cold food, but not good enough. We needed to close our eyes in terms of hygiene. Plates at the restaurant were always dirty. The lady who grills chicken uses the same cooking spatula to touch raw chicken and to place cooked chicken on our plates. A 20€ deposit per towel is too much. They could have more animation, didn't see dance classes that much. The water in the bigger pool was cold, whereas in the round pool was warm. Not many things for kids. After 18h, they could leave a playlist of music playing.

Staff were very nice, always smiling, greeting, and available to help. They disguise the bad things the hotel has. Kids' animators were super! Pizzas were great.

The object itself seems to be quite old and the level of cleanliness could be much better.

Very good food. Lots of variety. Great entertainment staff. Apart from one member of the kitchen staff who was rude, we very much liked the staff at the Alegro.

The glasses and the quality of the alcohol at the bar was weak. The food was very good at times, but could be a bit of a crush sometimes.

Very rushed check in process. I had to ask for my wrist band. The facilities and half board details weren't explained to me so I was a bit clueless!

They didn’t have large water bottles available at breakfast time. The sound travelled easily outside the rooms. I’m veggie and when they cook omelettes they use the same spoon to scoop up ham, tomatoes, cheese and onion.

Everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing! The pool was great, endless drinks and snacks. The entertainment was fab. I loved pretty much everything. I had a wonderful time.

Poor quality of food and lack of options. In addition to this the cold food led to food poisoning on 1 occasion. Drinks were abysmal unless you like beer, cocktails were like drinking juice. Entertainment on the night time needs addressing, very boring although the entertainment staff did try to make it as enjoyable as possible. Check in time was delayed with no reasoning.

Drinks are disgusting since 2 years nothing change. Mojito which is somehow pre made ? Come one. You are not able to drink it. So you stay with wine and beer only.

We had a bit of a rocky start as we had to sort out an issue with the reception manager, but this got resolved the day after we arrived, but was a needless stress to the start of our holiday. After asking twice, the beds were divided up from doubles (doubles are two single beds put togther) to singles, which I had e-mailed about twice previously to ensure it was right. The sliding door lock was wobbly and was still the same after a man came to repair it. The sliding door to the bathroom also had to be fixed several times, with one repair guy knocking my door at 11pm and having to remove bits of the door, leaving the mess on the floor! The music from the pool area was very loud, and I love music, but it was just too much! I read several reviews about how loud the music was, but hoped it wouldn't be that overbearing! The 'towels on sunbeds' first thing in the morning was annoying, as it meant, after breakfast there was zero chance of getting a sunbed to use, until much later, although a sign says this is not allowed.

The hotel gardens are beautiful and the location is a stone's throw from access to the beach, and a private area designated to the hotel. Our rooms were on the ground floor and had a spacious outside area between the rooms, which was lovely. The maids were attentive and cleaned the rooms daily and replaced towels. The food was excellent, every mealtime and the dining area spotlessly clean. The pools are very nice and, again, kept clean throughout the day. All of the staff work extremely hard to make your stay enjoyable, especially the Bravo team who seem to be on the go all day (and night)! There is a tennis court, mini football court and petenque (which was in need of some TLC).

The rooms need to be cleaned much better. The laminate floors in our room were sticky and not washed, and haven’t been washed once during our stay. The towels in the room were great and old. We had to request fresh towels and toilet paper every day, since the cleaners would take away dirty towels without providing new ones. The hotel is not beach front as advertised, you need to exit the hotel and cross the road to get there. The swimming pools are not heated as advertised and were very cold. There was a variety of food, however the quality was not the best.

Most of the staff was very helpful, very respectful and hard working, especially the waiters, members of the entertainment club and cleaning professionals.
