How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were given the rooms at 5:45 pm we were obliged to wait for about 3 hours. They give us the first room after about 3hours and the second room after 3hrs and a half. It is really disappointed to be sitting all that period after 6hours driving. The hotel mentioned that it is beach front which is not the case. It was about 400m far from the sea.

To be honest I don't know if I have something I dislike about it maybe the lunch price was a bit overboard oh and i had to pick up my suitcase as well so don't expect the staff to do that for you and if they did it will take long especially if you need to change lol

My recent stay at Allegro Hotel was unfortunately far from what I expected. There was a noticeable disparity in how guests were treated, with local visitors receiving less courteous service compared to international tourists. The security staff came across as unwelcoming, and cleanliness was a recurring issue—restaurant tables weren’t cleaned between guests, and the room itself was in poor condition, with mold and doors that didn’t close properly. Despite paying 700 euros, the experience didn’t reflect the value. The food was often served cold, and I felt uncomfortable asking for coffee at the bar without the all-inclusive package. Additionally, staff frequently claimed they had no change when paid with 50 dirham notes. The Wi-Fi in the room was also non-functional. For a hotel rated four stars, the service and hospitality fell well below expectations.

Room 1202 had a cockroach issue. It's something you eventually get used to when traveling in Morocco but had to handle one, sometimes two everyday in the bathroom. Not sure if it was due to an opening in the bathroom ceiling or because of the room being too close to the vegetation. Didn't bother me much but may bother others.

Verified reviewGreat location and friendly staff. I enjoyed being so close to the beach and having a direct access, as well as the close proximity of many restaurants and the marina. The room was spacious and the balcony had a nice view of the pool area.
Some of the items felt quite outdated and they could use some renovations, but it wasn’t too big of a deal for the short time I stayed.

Front desk staff who are clearly under trained in handling simple tasks such as "we need clean towels or AC is blowing hot air please fit" and the manager who was in a world of his own. No apology for the countless screw ups they were happy to admit to is mind blowing. It's the shaking of the shoulders that stupid reply with. The had us waiting in reception from 8pm until 11pm all because their card machine wouldn't work.

Food could be much better, especially the traditional cuisine. All-inclusive is not totally all-inclusive. Not all drinks are all-inclusive - only the chosen drinks are free, including one Moroccan beer, one specific whisky, and one specific vodka. Bars are not open all day, and there is no food available throughout the day. We arrived at 21:30 and there was no restaurant or bar open. They gave us a dish with cold food, but not good enough. We needed to close our eyes in terms of hygiene. Plates at the restaurant were always dirty. The lady who grills chicken uses the same cooking spatula to touch raw chicken and to place cooked chicken on our plates. A 20€ deposit per towel is too much. They could have more animation, didn't see dance classes that much. The water in the bigger pool was cold, whereas in the round pool was warm. Not many things for kids. After 18h, they could leave a playlist of music playing.

The main bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00, and the Sports Bar continues until 01:00. Snacks are available during the day, and for late arrivals, we provide a cold plate in the room. Concerning hygiene, we follow strict food safety procedures in all areas. The €20 towel deposit is standard practice and fully refundable upon return of the towel. Our main pool is heated depending on external temperature. The kids’ club is open until 17:00, followed by a mini disco and evening shows suitable for children. We also have live music in the Lobby Bar from 18:00 to 23:00 and a different themed evening program each night until 01:00. Service is very bad. First room had a very bad smell from the drain. Rooms does not have water, coffee, nothing. Breakfast is made in bulk and is not on a good standard. No good coffee. Very noisy day and night.
