United KingdomStarted with the room which wasn’t what I expect for a 4 star hotel , I know the hotel it’s a very old but the rooms could be renovated but , the other issue was the lifts, you have to wait for longtime especially if you stay in top floors and I think it’s because the hotel is busy so if it’s possible to void the high season in this hotel would be better
The staff were very helpful starting from the receptionists, concierge Ismail, Ouarda the house keeper (very helpful), Amina and the other staff at the breakfast restaurant I wanted to thank everyone that support us during our stay

United KingdomThe room was not very clean when we arrived and things like toiletries and coffee pods were missing. The room was “premium “ but the furniture is not great quality. The lifts are very slow and rickety and we got trapped in one for about 20 mins with no communication from staff about what they were doing to help. This was a frightening experience.
The location is fantastic and the view from our premium sea view room was brilliant. The swimming pool is a great size and the animation team were very entertaining! Most of the staff were lovely and worked so hard. The breakfast has a good selection and the bed was very comfortable.

United KingdomFound the hotel to be average but we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, my partner got bitten by bed bugs which was unacceptable and unpleasant. We would stay again, but we would be inspecting the bed with a fine-tooth comb. Hotel is in a great location.

United KingdomRoom service is a bit sloppy, they would collect the towels in the morning but then would not return them till evening, sometimes as late as 7-8pm, so if you spend a day by the pool, and then planning to have a shower and head out for dinner, you might have to manage with no towels!

United KingdomThe food was ok on the first night but poor on the second night. Salads had been reused and there was less food available. For people coming from the UK they need to have puddings after the meal not Moroccan afternoon tea biscuits. The towels in the room were very old and to be replaced. Although there was a kettle in the room there were no teabags or coffee saches provided.
All staff are very good especially the restaurant and reception staff who are very helpful.. The room was excellent with a nice view. The room attendant was friendly. I stayed on the 10th floor which had an excellent view. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. There was music on the first night with someone singing and playing the Oud (Lyre) which was very nice.
