Apartment was clean and nice. Staff, guards were very friendly and helpful. Over all location is nice. (However, need to be aware that there is a gate that is locked most of the time between my apartment and those where my family stayed. This made the walk between apartments much further.). Booking handled easily. Air conditioning worked well even on very hot days. Nice to be close to grocery store.

Absolutely need more than one key per apartment. Very difficult to coordinate coming and going of each guest. No blinds or curtains in living room or second bedroom! Washer worked only once, then could not get it to work again. Hot water at sinks but none in shower! Give more towels up front; I had no bath mat or washclothes. Did not receive any free toiletries as indicated on booking.

The apartment is close to the Marina and not far from the Tram and Train station. Its also near the beach. The Medina is also close so the location is really really good. Lots of security everywhere to get to the apartment so it is a safe area.

Upon arrival, I had to wait at the key collection office for the host who then arrived after around 5 minutes and took my passport details and took me to the apartment. I was bitten by mosquitos and I reported this to the host but there was no response. The apartment didn't have any cleaning products for the washing machine, to clean cutlery or crockery. The only cleaning product was for the toilet. The drinking glasses were dirty from when the previous occupants visited. Only 3 towels were provided for a 3 day stay. I didn't find a coffee machine there and not water provided. There were 3 rolls of toilet paper. 1 small bottle (hotel size) of shampoo and body wash for one day so I had to use my own products or buy them from the shop. The apartment is difficult to locate because the area is still under construction and some gates are locked. A map issued by the host will help to get to the apartment from a night out.

Internet is not working well, and I take long time to get the room.

Location is great with restaurants and supermarket 5 mins walk away. Boat to rabat is also 5-10 mins walk. Friendly staff

Not enough amenities for the number of visitors, we had to ask for towels and tissues. The cleaning system was not explained well and we had full bins waiting to be taken for a few days and no replacement bin bags.

For a two bedroom apartment the property was very spacious. The view over the marina was beautiful.

No breakfast

There was only one Beach size towel for 4 people!! We had to buy towels at the supermarket. No wifi! Flies all over. Whatsup did not work. Noisy.

Location was great. Also the breakfast was nice.

We didn't get a cleaner even tho we stayed for 5 nights.

It is located in a secure and safe neighbourhood.

There is no heating in the rooms and it is very cold at night in the winter months so be prepared. It is over priced, you can find better places in the city much cheaper. The Wifi was extremely slow and hardly worked. Kettle was disgusting. The water takes a long time to heat up. Only two towels provided for the entire stay. The place needs some decorating and repairs.

Lovely spacious apartment. Great location. Only downside for the price no cleaner on any day and no emptying of bins unless it is booked for a week or more.

The apartment was very clean and the staff they are very helpful , dear reader I would like to recommend this property to get a rest and to have a very relaxing vacation. And I would like to thank madam youssra and her colleague for the facility and the quick solutions. Thank you
