Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBreakfast should be included as an optional addition to the package. The breakfast menu must offer a variety of choices catering to European travelers, such as: - Continental options (e.g., croissants, cereals, cheeses, yogurt, muesli) - Hot items (e.g., scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes) - Fresh fruits, bread, and preserves - Dietary accommodations (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) The selection should reflect common European breakfast preferences to ensure a comfortable experience for international guests.
Our family couldn't have been happier with our stay at Rambla Hotel. As budget-conscious travelers, I were thrilled to find such comfortable, spacious rooms at such reasonable rates. The kids had plenty of space to move around, and the staff was wonderfully accommodating with extra bedding at no additional cost. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids—large enough, clean, and inviting with plenty of space to swim and relax. The varied food menu offered delicious, affordable options that pleased both adults and picky young eaters. We were especially impressed that such a centrally-located hotel offered these amenities without the premium price tag of other city-center properties. The Hammam & Spa provided luxurious relaxation that felt like a splurge, yet was surprisingly budget-friendly. A special shout-out to **Hisham**, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was attentive, always smiling, and ensured we had everything we needed—whether it was fresh towels, arranging taxis, or offering great local tips. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out!

CanadaSome construction across the street caused a bit of noise, but it definitely wasn’t significant enough to cause serious discomfort.
Nice apartment. Clean and modern. Facilities well maintained. Very helpful staff. Abdel must be singled for his help and initiative. Generally warm, courteous and helpful staff at various levels of interaction during our stay.

United KingdomThere’s a building site opposite to the Appart Hotel which can be noisy sometimes and I think bad smell of sewerage coming out from the construction site.
The Appart Hotel is fairly new offering nice design spacious apartments with very competitive price compared to normal hotel rooms. Restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance and city centre is also within easy access by a taxi service. The staff are very friendly , professional and helpful and would like to thank Hamza and the rest of the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

United KingdomPerhaps paying on booking.com, understanding it is a new establishment and not everything is as they’d like it to be but paying in cash would be annoying because I changed the right amount of money but due to the exchange rate it was a hassle as was the lift but like I said really nice place and the food out weighs that bad.
To be honest I liked everything this hotel had to offer. It’s one of the most aesthetically pleasing appart hotels I seen out there. It wasn’t too out of the centre of Marrakesh, the staff were nice and understanding, didn’t get try the pool but I’d definitely say this would be my go to hotel for when I revisit. Not far from good attractions and local to mc Donald’s and convenient shops.

NetherlandsThe staff are the stars of this hotel. They are really amazing and quickly to help. That being said, this hotel is clearly run down and not very clean. The pool was freezing cold and we were there in april. The room was not clean at all. When we got there the shower had many stains as well as the stains. I booked a room for two people but only one towel was in the room and only one cover on one of the beds. The staff gave us the extra towel and bedcover but there was clearly not enough attention to detail when “preparing the room”. The couch had many stains, the shower doors couldn’t close because the door was simply too big for the doorpost(bad architecture). The windows also couldn’t fully close on each side so there was always a bit of wind coming in from either side. Pool also looks a bit tired and not the cleanest. I am not sure if this was only our room but it was really poor. Shower curtains were also really dirty which made for uncomfortable showers because the shower is small and I didn’t want the curtain touching me. My friend also agreed that the staff is 10/10 but the hotel needs a complete renovation tbh.

IrelandConstruction around the area very dusty and a bit of noise but didnt bother us.
Exactly as described in photos. Modern hi-end tastefully decorated aparthotel. Smart tv, hi speed wifi, aircond and heating and hot water good water pressure in shower. Excellent soundproofing. Working lift and cafeteria next door- very reasonably priced. Adequate kitchenette. Kettle and microwave were provided but no tea coffee facilities. Very comfy king size bed for a good nights sleep. Huge nice sofa bed in living room. Too bad we didnt get to try the spa. Also a pool which is nice but we didnt get to use due to winter. Close to amenities. A bit out of town but easily accessible via taxi (30-40 dirham) or drive into the medina.

BahrainLocation was bad, construction all around and almost impossible to catch a taxi. Flats were tiny, no safety on the windows for small kids, the elevators were tiny barely room for 1 luggage and a person, and they always stopped a foot above or below the floor which staff seemed fine with. Till the end of our stay they didn't manage to get the number of towels etc for our room right. Extremely overpriced for the offering. Get a place a Gueliz there are much better options available much cheaper and you'll have convenience of F&B on your doorstep along with easy mobility.
Nice clean apartments.
