It is surprising that no positive aspects were mentioned, as this seems inconsistent with the efforts we invest in ensuring cleanliness and quality service (including hygiene, hospitality, and availability). The numerous favorable reviews from previous clients attest to our dedication to providing professional service. You chose to stay in Mirleft, and while personal preferences regarding location are subjective, it is unfortunate that this choice unvafourably affected your perception of your stay at Asunfou. For clarity, my Booking listing explicitly states that water cut-offs occur in Mirleft village during the summer months, typically starting each evening. This situation has now been resolved, as water is available throughout the day. We have also installed a water tank to ensure a reliable water supply during these periods. We make significant efforts to ensure our guests have a comfortable and satisfactory stay and will continue to do so.
