I had a nice stay at Atlantic Hostel in Essaouira. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a great location close to the medina and the beach. It’s a good spot for meeting other travelers and enjoying the city’s relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt comfortable. The fluffy blanket, I dislike them as I'm sure they aren't washed after each guest like sheets are.

Location was excellent once I found it, I had no WiFi. Taxi from ctm station to medina was only 8dirhams, Bed was comfy, staff were lovely and welcoming. 2 showers and 4 toilets on my floor, and never needed to wait so no complaints, fab rooftop. Overall a great budget hostel

They don't serve bread with the omelette in the breakfast. I had to pay 50 DH and ate omelette with a fork which didn't go well with me

Kitchen curfew. Someone kept turning the fridges off. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils for number of residents.

The rooftop was beautiful, especially at night. We were meeting people from different nationalities, different cultures: Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa... but English united us , and we had a funny and enjoyable time full of respect.

There was a big group which kept talking loudly even after quiet hours at 11 pm. The instructions could’ve been clearer and they should’ve been told off.

Really good place to stay with an amazing vibe! Definitely recommended.

There was supposed to be a roof terrace for guests but this seems to have been taken by a restaurant that charges very high prices so no one uses it.

This is a great hostel in a good location inside the old medina. Beds are comfy and have privacy curtains, bathrooms are fine, and there's a social area downstairs. Great food close by

Pluses: amazing location in the heart of medina, good wifi, really friendly and helpful staff (we got a welcome tea and they always greet us and help with a smile), hot shower, cute kittens!!! Minuses: uncomfortable beds, too many beds in a room, floor in the room very dirty, in the common area there were people smoking almost all the time and sometimes the smell gets to the room!

Very social, fun, cosy hostel, safe and secure. Comfortable beds. Only thing is the cleanliness and upkeep of some of the hostel like dirty floors in the dorm rooms and squeeky beds and lockers that need some oiling.

It’s a great place to spend a comfortable holiday and feel at home. The people there, ( Dedi Karim, Abdo, and Mohammed) , are so kind. The hospitality was superb. Don’t hesitate to book here!
