There was no ac in lobby area/reception area but ac was perfectly fine in the rooms .rooms were basic designed but comfortable .

Room was very comfortable. Clean towels every day. For the British - there was a kettle in the kitchen! Shampoo/conditioner and shower gel in the bathoom plus hairdryer. We asked for safe and they just bought one the next day and left it on the shelf in the wardrobe which didn't seem very "safe"! Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was clean (pool towels provided) Good location (approx 25 mins walk to the beach). Plenty of bars and restaurants within an 8 minute walk. Mini market close by. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait about 2 hours to get checked into our rooms. I had already messaged the hotel to tell them about our flight landing and when we will arrive at the hotel. We had kids who were tired but overall the experience was good. One woman staff sighed at me when I asked her about the Dirham rate. Which I found a bit odd, but other than that it was a good experience

The facilities and staff were excellent. The credit especially goes to the cleaners, our rooms were spot on, whenever I called the desk for any problems they will sort the problem out immediately. The pools were great. The hotel was great. Very good experience overall.

Breakfast and couples fighting 4 am in the morning outsde my door

All ok apart from first night a husband and wife started fighting 3.35 am shouting and she was screaming the place down woke the whole landing went on for about 20 mins then stop and then started again and other thing breakfast is dead rubbish and variety basic but want full money rest was ok

Only problem i found is bathroom needs a update , shower is very slow and outdated , if they can upgrade bathrooms , paint and upgrade rooms this can be a perfect family hotel. Still not bad if find at cheaper rates.

The size of 2 bedroom premium appartment is good , location is good 7-8 min walk to agadir bay where you can find all good cafe and restaurants to eat , mini market is available in next door hotel which is open until 2 am , overall liked the location and room size

- The lady at the reception who checked me in, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating. - All the other male stuff were absolutely the opposite. I’d highly recommend doing a training for them to make sure they understand how to work with clients. - I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or location of single female travellers - the location is ok, although a walk to the seaside was a bit longer than expected. - loved the swimming pool, although some of the sun beds had full ashtrays next to them which stink really badly. Some of the sun beds were damaged with cigarettes which didn’t look or feel great to look at or use.

Unfortunately I booked breakfast thinking it would be like most hotels I have stayed in. But not no fresh fruit. Choice of crepes which were cold bread cake lettuce tomatoes plain yogurts there were pastries. Not worth the extra money .

The hotel is more of a 3* especially for what is on offer. This is my opinion given that i travel a bit and have been to so many countries and stayed in various accommodations of different ratings.

The location is good. It is near Agadir Bay, some kind of business district for the Founty area. One can walk to the beach, shops and nearby restaurants. I also walked into the town centre a lot and the Souk Al Had, which is about 35 minutes away from the property. There is a big Marjane supermarket which is also walking distance. Breakfast was more like continental. No cooked fare except for a choice of egg dishes made to order from the egg station. Lots of pastries, bread and cakes. There was no fresh juice on offer but lots of sodas from a drinks machine. There was a variety of hot drinks on offer. I mainly had lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes - oh and dates! Staff were very professional and polite.

Room service not very efficient, they come to remove towels, not adding new ones and not replacing TP, need to call reception to get the stuff.
