There's no water and I had a cold shower several times because the hot water didn't work, but it was very hot so that wasn't such a problem. The staff explained to me that there is a shortage of water in the city, which is why the hotel also lacks water.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help. Abdo stands out, he always helped me with everything I needed. He took me to the city centre several times. Comfortable room with air conditioning.

Group/family staying in the room next door arrived at 1am and made a right racket. The place was quite empty of guests so wasn't sure why they couldn't have been accommodated in one of the rooms on the opposite side.

Roomy and clean - food was served in the main area. Was fine for a stopover but was quite far from the town so had to driver in. Staff were very friendly and helpful but wasn't hugely overwhelmed overall.

There was no hot water, no wifi & no breakfast included. Really too expensive for what it is, especially in January/February since you won’t be using the cold pool. They also didn’t give is back our change, even after asking twice.

Spent the night on our drive back before catching the flight out. We did not get to experience the facilities as we checked in late and left early in the morning. Although the rooms are basic and and a bit run-down, the welcome was fantastic and makes up for everything else. It appears that there is ongoing work to improve the place and I hope they achieve their true potential

A perfect place to stay overnight before heading to the Atlas Mountains. The host was very, very nice - my daughter said he was the nicest during our entire stay in Morocco - children sense good people best, you can't confuse them ;) The family suite was spacious, with a large bathroom and bathtub, and hot water. There was a terrace on the roof of the building overlooking the peaks of the Atlas Mountains. In the morning we received a great and plentiful breakfast. It was our first night in Morocco and we have great memories of it.

I think it would have been better had it not been during Ramadan, but since it was, we were unable to get dinner there (I think they said they could make an omelette) and had to go back into the nearby town, where the pickings were also slim. There was some sort of event on at the hotel that night and they were partying with loud music until about 12:30am. We didn't mind as we're not light sleepers and it was somewhat entertaining, but some people would have been hugely bothered. I made an audio recording and just checked it out again to make sure I wasn't exaggerating in my memory, and I definitely wasn't!

I booked this hotel because were travelling from Essaouira to Ait Benhaddou and I knew the latter part of the drive would be pretty. I wanted to have sufficient time to make the drive and still arrive in good time to see Ait Benhaddou, so we stopped at this place overnight to keep the second drive shorter. I had no expectations of the location being nice or convenient to anything. I just wanted something cheap and convenient and this filled the bill. The pool certainly looked inviting, but it unfortunately closed at 6pm or so, and we arrived closer to 8.

Great location away from the busy streets. We were able to park our motorcycles and have a quiet evening. We received a room upgrade and the room was very nice and spacious.

Good location, very friendly stuff, room was clean and nothing to complain about. Only smell from toilet was a little bit unconfortable but we stayed only one night so it did not bother us so much. Guys contacted us before arrival and sent directions so that was OK.

Staff very friendly. We arrived very late, because our plane was late. Sent them a message and asked whether we can still have some food. They sent us the menue per WhatsApp so that we can choose beforehand. Nice place for one night.

Unfortunately but we had a bad experience. Rooms wasn't clean enough, one of the room the A/C didn't work properly. We came around 5pm, at 6pm swimming pool was closed for cleaning. I think they could do that a bit later, specially when temp was over 45 degrees.. A lot of ants in the rooms, rooms are very tired, no pressure at the shower. We had a problem with the door lock, door didn't want to opened. Breakfast served at dirty table. That Resort the best time has behind them. Not worth the price.
