The service was fantastic. Many thanks to the receptionist. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but you can find it by the date and time of our check-in. The room was spacious with a pool view, the bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated because we arrived very tired from the flight. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and the small pool could be improved, as well as the furniture in that area, with little effort and investment. As for its location, it's a bit far from the city center, but nothing a taxi from the hotel, arranged by the reception, can't solve. The included buffet breakfast was very complete. It lacked a bit of a fruit variety, but they offer juices, which compensates for it somewhat. Overall, it was a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in Marrakech.

In the morning and at night you can hear everything from upstairs, other rooms, cleaning staff, restaurant, busy street.. so we did not get much sleep (and we really don’t wake up easily). Spa that is promoted is not included in price and is very expensive (and when we arrived it was already booked out, so we couldn’t use it). For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast could offer more.

The room was clean and very spacious. Staff at the reception was friendly, called us a taxi and printed some documents.

Breakfast was quite narrow and it took time before replenishment arrived little by little.

On the website is written that they have an accessible room for wheelchairs. Well, they dont. They show me 3 different rooms, all of them where very small and with a very small restroom. Not accessible at all. Why would you write that if is not true?

We went for breakfast at 9:30am and almost everything was finished. No refilling being provided, had to ask staff multiple times for food. Even things like cold milk was not provided.

Nothing really fascinating, but if you just looking to sleep somewhere then it’s alright.

Aircon isn't the best. We asked twice for it to be looked at, both times the receptionist said someone will come and check it, but no one came. It doesn't blast cold air like a normal air con unit does in hotels. The lift is tiny! Only 2/3 people Max. Very hard to fit in a buggy and/or luggages. The lift door closes on you hard, even if there's something in the doorway, there are no sensors like a your standard lift would have. The good TV channels have this issue where signal isn't the greatest. It has visual lagging issues. One of the plug sockets wasn't working. No kettle in the room so had to constantly go down to the bar to ask for hot water. The breakfast included is rubbish. Very rubbish options and doesn't even taste nice.

Not far from the airport. Not far from the big Souk. Quite a few restaurants and cafes ok the same road along with little shops that sells drinks chocolates crisps etc and are open till late. It has a nice decent pool. And a gym inside.

Wooden furniture in the rooms on tile floor it echos through the hotel . It's a easy fix just put felt pads on the feet

The hotel cleanliness needs serious improvement. The towels provided were old and stained, and the bathroom was extremely dirty—especially the walls, which clearly need a thorough scrub. I hope the management takes steps to improve the hygiene and overall guest experience.
