It is quite far from the center and the path goes through a weird brand new ghost town. No reception. The young host is kind of goodwilling but he is the cook, living at the ground level with his family (I guess) and the owner is far away, so some question on prices cannot be answered; also, no information whatsoever on treks/walks/transportation. When asked about this, the host said he would call a friend to help me, who was actually a professionnal guide who barely listened to my questions and tried to sell me tours while it was obvious I was looking for some information on how to visit on my own (which I ended doing). At the same time, this guide was kind enough to bring me closer to the painted rocks area on his motorcycle because it was a bit late in the afternoon (while I didn't ask anything). Probably a bit too expensive overall given the location.

Spacious and clean room. Everything worked in the room, bed is large. It is quiet. Ok if you're independant and do not seek socializing or mind being far from the center.

Beautiful calm hotel run by a nice family. Close (a 5-10 minutes walk ) to the center of Tafraoute but in a calm area. Appreciate the incredible landscapes of the region from here. The stay here was very restful and ressourcing...

Could be noisy due to dog's pack during the night which is an issue in all the south of Morocco anyway and not the hotel's fault.

There was not always someone available for teas/coffees. The young lad that does breakfast isn't up before 9 so a coffee b4 an early start is difficult. There were no seats or tables on the shared terrace out front. The wall around the roof top terrace is so high it obscures the 360 views of mountains. It's in a very new area, so some building noises in the immediate vicinity.

The room especially the bed was very comfortable with a great view of the mountains. The location is good, at the edge of town away from the hustle bustle and engine sounds. The family were very sweet. Plenty of hot water Small hotel so few other people around, I had the garden and rooftop terrace to myself. WiFi all around the place.

The showers were either boiling hot or freezing cold with low water pressure.

Location was great and slightly quieter than being right in the centre of Tafraout. The family were extremely helpful and accommodating to us and our request to change dates. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfy. Thank you. For the price, it was excellent.

Friendly staff, very honest and helped me with a mixup in the booking by the website... I only stayed one night but it had a good shower and was a quiet place to rest.

Ismael the young man who welcomed me was affable and polite, a nice knowledge of English and Français, a nice safe place to park my motorbike. Quiet but still close enough to the town centre to think nothing of walking in and out twice of an evening after my motorbike excursion. Thanks Breakfast was so big I took some away and ate it for lunch. I was embarrassed to leave so much food behind me

Every now & then loud noise from the water pump (solar heating) on the roof, even at night. My room was just underneath that system. Also loud, hammering noise from the plumbing when using the shower.

Comfy bed. Impeccably clean. Away from the bustle of the centre, but close enough. Great value for money, recommended.

There were no bedside lights.

The location is great, in a quiet spot. The room was very basic but fine to just sleep in. We were here in winter so didn’t see the roof. The owner of the house was very kind. There was AirCon in the room and there were lots of blankets.

The location is very good, in a quiet area but not far from town (walking). We were welcomed with tea. The room was simple but very clean. The bathroom was very big and there was hot shower. There is a rooftop and a cute area outside the house with a table, chairs and bar chairs. We also liked the hospitality of our host, thank you!! We had breakfast there and it was good and big. If I am in the region again, I will stay there.

Pillows on the bed were too high.

Our host, Rkya, was lovely. She made us very welcome, made us a tasty local breakfast and offered tea when we arrived. She delighted the next day in offering to dress us in traditional clothes which was a great touch and she was generally helpful and charming.
