However , Regarding the variety of the food , we wpould like to point out that our buffet restaurant is so varied and contains a wide selection of products ( vegetables , salads , fruits , soups , pastas , b eef , cheese ,… ) and we try our best to satisfy all our guests needs. Would like to sincerely apologize if we let you down in regards of the deposit, we would like to reassure you that the amount of the pre-authorization transaction for the room is refundable and reversed by the hotel on your departure day. In regards of the technical issues, we assure you that our hotel has a technical team at your entire disposal and waiting for your sign to meet your needs and requests.
