Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location at Tangier centre ville, close to Marina and all facilities (Ibn Battouta mall, Carrefour supermarket, restaurant and parking). Apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped. Fast and complimentary Wifi. Excellent customer service. Will definitely stay again at this property if available.

Just spotless.
This is a superb apartment, with an excellent location, a walking distance both from the historic center and the beach, with a shopping center and other shops just around the corner. Since the building is not facing a busy avenue, the aparment is really quiet and confortable, allowing for a good night sleep. It was perfectly clean, cozy and really spacious, with all the facilities one may need. The king-size bed is very comfortable, the linen was of perfect quality. And the host Anouar was just fantastic, always helpful and always available, very reliable, providing us with every advice we could need. Definitely recommendable.

we had some trouble with the door. the anti-dust roller thingy at the bottom of the door caused the door to be stuck at one point and we almost couldn't open it. the way from the ferry terminal involved walking up a steep slope, so be mindful if you have heavy luggage
very homely apartment, well equipped with everything you need. the location was close to the main attractions. the "building manager" was very helpful and polite

The location was perfect! really close to the Marina. The host was really helpful and he was making sure we have everything we need. The appartement was clean and had all the facilities we needed.

There was a fair bit of construction around the building and it can be noisy in the morning.
The location was great. Our host Anouar was extremely helpful and responded to our needs and requests immediately. The apartment is large and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator which was extremely convenient for our luggage.

The unit was on 5th floor and we were able to use the elevator the day of check in which was good thing because we had a heavy set of luggage. However, elevator was not working during the stay and we had to use the stairs after long walk
The location was excellent. You are one street away from the Marina (no ocean view) and are few blocks down from the centre. The guy who helped us check in/out was very helpful. He helped us keep our luggage on the check out day.

The AC didn't work. However, we note this wasn't promised or advertised. Coming from UK we struggle with temp from late 20s and above so AC availability is expected. Either way in view of the kindness and support of staff and all other facilities this was not a major hindrance for us.
Most things from staff extensive support to most, if not all, facilities. The staff, particularly Anouar was very helpful from booking until even after we left the accommodation. Helped directing us to amazing cafes and tourist sites.

Maybe would be nice to renew some of the furniture. However things are in good status and are not a big issue.
The apartment is near Marina bay and the port. About 25 min walking to the medina. The owner was always willing to help and answered to our needs.

Anouar was abroad during our stay, however he coped with the time difference, being always available for us and providing a straightforward solution to any request thanks to the kind assistance of his mates (thanks a lot Fattah).

However, I must mention that for anyone with mobility issues, the steep incline leading to the apartment can be quite challenging. One of the major disappointments was that the air conditioning, which is advertised, was not working. I Specifically filtered my search for accommodations with air conditioning, which is essential during the summer. This was quite inconvenient given the warm weather. Additionally, the TV didn't work either, which was a letdown for the kids.
I recently stayed at this centrally located apartment with my spouse and two kids. The location is great, with a supermarket nearby and the boulevard just a short walk away. It was very convenient for us to get groceries and enjoy the seaside.

Hard to find apartment. Miscommunication with owner. Dated. Some windows did not close. Water heater was indoors by the kitchen. Family was not comfortable and was worried about carbon monoxide.
