The breakfast starts at 8:30, thats late. If you have trips booked, you will leave earlier than that. They helped us with an earlier breakfast, but it consists only of butter, bread, juice, milk and coffee. The room window need maintainance, it doesn’t close well. If you want to pay cash, you need to have the exact amount of money because they say they don’t have change, or sometimes they say that some services (like the transport, massage) can be paid only in cash.

The location was very good, walkable distance from main attractions, it is located in the medina, but this part of the medina seemed more clean and safe. Lots of restaurants around. The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, they cleaned the room everyday. We booked a massage which was very relaxing, the only thing a bit awkward was that there was no room to change so we had to undress in front of the ladies.

The property location was perfect and we felt safe at all times when accessing the property. The Riad was clean and the rooftop was perfect for sunbathing and the pool was great for cooling down. The room itself was cleaned daily and had air conditioning which was perfect for the hot weather. The hosts were lovely - they were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.

Everything was spot on.

We loved the breakfasts, the swimming pool and rooftop terrace. The bedrooms were really nice with good sized ensuite with a good shower. The staff and owner were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location of property was perfect as close to the souks.

Great location in a more quiet shopping area, 10 min walk to souks...Quiet rooftop terrace. Delicious breakfast each morning. Nice big room. Our favorite riad from our visit to Morroco. Had a delicious meal the first night we arrived and a relaxing massage for 35euro.

Airport was very disappointing. Long queues both on arrival and departure and by all accounts seems to be the norm. I would recommend anyone that Marrakech was worthwhile but the airport is an ordeal and think twice

We loved our stay in Riad Bibazia! It's not too far from the hustle of Marrakech and the Riad is a lovely spot. We booked a superior room and it was beautiful, the terrace was a lovely touch too. What stood out the most was how hospitable our hosts were particularly Hicham 😄 he was such a great host, making us feel very welcome, giving us tips and generally checking in on us. Thank you for making our trip worthwhile! I would definitely recommend Riad Bibazia
