Our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed everything—from the friendly and professional staff to the beautiful room we had. The view was also amazing. One person who truly stood out was Omar! He was very welcoming and kind to us, and he has a unique personality that made him even more special. However, we did experience an issue with the hot water in the shower. Unfortunately, even after reporting it twice, the problem wasn’t fully resolved. That said, the team assured us that it will be fixed for our next visit. Overall, it was a lovely experience that I shared with my wife.

The rooms are not soundproofed - the hot water in our room didn't work (had to be fixed twice) - they keep the main lights on all night so it's difficult to stargaze at night. Ensure to ask for pricing and what's included in the pricing so you do not get any surprises.

The room was beautiful and the property was beautiful - clearly a lot of thought and effort went into the design. Everything was clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable - overall a great spot to relax. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The food was wonderful!

Overall, only 2 comments: 1) Communication with staff, since only the hotel owner speaks English. 2) Even though the price / quality ratio for the dining offered in the hotel is attractive, it has an opportunity for further enhancement (most likely, it will be improved once the hotel operates at full capacity).

First of all, the key benefit of the hotel is that it is in the mountain area. The property has very nice territory and amazing views, and all these are combined with hotel amenities and white bed linen. I would say that price / quality balance is almost unique in the area - the rest of the properties in the area are either way more expensive or way worse.

The food is too scarce and unfortunately we got really sick probably because of the water they use.

The place is perfectly located in the middle of the mountains, easy to access and very quiet. The room is beautiful with an amazing view. The bed is very comfortable.

If you don’t want to be unpleasantly surprised, ask the dinner price beforehand. It’s the best dinner we’ve had, but it also turned out to be the most expensive dinner we’ve had so far. It’s worth it, but good to know beforehand.

It’s a paradise in the midst of the mountains. Beautiful, quiet, very friendly staff, lovely refreshing pool, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and the view of the room on the mountains.. Just wauw! Also, we’ve eaten the best (vegetarian) Moroccan food right here! In the beautiful garden.

Very cute little Oasis in the Atlas Mountains. There is love in every detail and it is such a peaceful place to flea from everyday life. The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.

They are still rebuilding after the earthquake but it did not affect our stay at all.

What a magical place this is. I think this was the first time in my life that I felt like an actual princess! They lit up the fire place in our room and we had the most delicious meal in front of the fire place. Best bread I’ve tasted in Morocco. The view is amazing, the beds so comfortable and we didn’t get cold at all at night! After a delicious breakfast it was hard to say goodbye :)

As we stayed for 1 night and the location was quite isolated we had all our food at the hotel, it would be good if the hotel had a menu offering snacks and drink options such as Fanta, Coca Cola. It would also help us understand how much we would be charged. My daughter is gluten free, even though we asked at booking and they confirmed it was possible, they did not provide alternatives for breakfast but luckily we brought her special bread with us.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful and the hotel is gorgeously designed in every way from the grounds to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was very helpful and hardworking. The place was affected by the earthquake however this did not lessen our enjoyment and we felt safe. We would definitely book again if we come back to Morocco.

Hard to find, not yet on google, signage not yet up. This is a brand new resort and construction is still in progress in portions. The 2 rooms we where in and dining room are 95 percent complete, other guests houses still in progress.

The spectacular location in the mountains, beautiful resort and rooms. Outstanding hospitality. Once complete this is a higher end resort.

We booked and paid for our stay one month in advance, but only two days before our arrival the manager contacted us asking to postpone because of a pest control treatment. In the end, he offered us accommodation in another property. At first, this included only the room with breakfast, even though we had paid much more. It was only after I checked the prices of the other hotel myself (which were significantly lower) that he agreed to add a meal to somehow balance the difference. This last-minute change ruined our holiday and left us with a very negative experience. Such lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

The staff doesn’t understand / speak well English or French which made breakfast asks not smooth. There is one router for the property, which is supposed to stay in the breakfast room but it seems the staff moved the router to staff accommodation the first night and then to another guest room the second night and day which meant no internet for the rest of us. This was very frustrating as we had some work to do while there and not able to complete it.

Beautiful gardens. Nice views on the mountains and garden is well kept together. Enjoyed our garden view room too and the possibility to make a chimney fire inside.

The shower was almost cold. No extra blankets in the room. Breakfast and dinner outside. Which is very cold as soon as the sun is gone. 8 degrees Celsius in december.

Beautiful surroundings, garden, cute little cabin. Optical very nice! Although the buildings are not ready yet. If they finish the resort, it can get close to perfect.
